TNA FIRINGS, JAKKS PACIFIC STATEMENT ON CANCELED ANGLE WOUNDED WARRIOR FIGURE

There were several Nashville-based TNA front office workers let go towards the end of last week.

Jakks Pacific issued the following statement regarding the planned Kurt Angle action figure to benefit the Wounded Warriors Foundation being scrapped:

"JAKKS has learned that the agreement announced at Comic Con between TNA and Wounded Warrior Project for the limited edition TNA Wounded Warrior figure has been cancelled. As a result, the figure that JAKKS was scheduled to produce cannot move forward. JAKKS Pacific is disappointed with this unfortunate turn of events."
