I don't come from an athletic background, I did last 8 hours in wrestling training once, in fact it was indeed the same School as Drew McIntyre trained, BCW. I met him once, nice guy. Anyway, my question is about the tape wrestlers wear around their wrists. I've heard that it's there to offer extra support, but wonder if that was true, or in fact it was just part of the attire? If in fact it does help with support I wondered how that works. I understand if this is a vague, or indeed an uneducated question but you know, it's always been on my mind.

Oh yes, taping the wrists and ankles absolutely provides extra support.  Football players do it all the time.

How is it Ken Anderson is allowed to use the same gimmick as he had in WWE, but only changing his last name to his real one? Every wrestler released, except those who use there real name .I always read have change outfits and gimmicks used in WWE . Angle , I assume, had to change it from its true to its real dam real .

His look is basically wearing camo clothes so I doubt WWE could trademark that.  The Mr. Anderson....Anderson stuff and the mic dropping down could definitely be trademarked however so that means either Anderson did it first or WWE didn't care enough to do it themselves.  Obviously, if they held the trademark to that stuff they would have done something about it by now.  Well, if they cared to.

Seeing recent question about what wrestlers are called away from the ring, it made me wonder, besides Jim Hellwig becoming Warrior and Nelson Simpson becoming Scott Koloff, have there ever been any other major wrestling stars that legally changed their names their ring names?

Joanie Laurer becoming Chyna pops to mind.  My memory isn't the greatest but I wouldn't doubt that there are others.

I know they are not popular, but could you see a feud between Alberto Del Rio and CM Punk? I think it would provide some fantastic promos and matches.

Punk's character could totally be a tweener or a face right now.  I think those two could have a great feud.  Honestly though if he comes back his first program has to be with whoever has the WWE Title since he is the rightful holder of the belt.  Nothing else would make sense.

Don't you guys at pwinsider have a policy on not reporting on wrestler's personal lives unless it's a fact like a wrestler getting a divorce? Then how come on Mike Johnson's report on the Cena-Punk match at MITB he starts by writing about Punk and I quote, "For a guy who was criticized for everything from sleeping with divas while he was a development guy." I mean doesn't that go against your policy as far as wrestler's personal lives and reporting on rumors of who wrestlers are having sex with? I wasn't offended by the way. I just think there is a bit of a contradiction there. Your response?

Hold on, let me consult the official PWInsider.com policy manual.  Yep, there it is on page 165.  Mike, you are on a 30 day Rudeness Policy violation.  Seriously, that stuff was all pretty much public record and Punk has even talked about it himself.  If the person in question puts the private information out there, it's public record at that point.   If you disagree, please talk to Miss Tessmacher in HR.  Her hands are probably little full right now dealing with Stu Carapola's unwanted texts however.
