What's the deal with Ultimate Warrior lately picking on Hulk Hogan, coming out with all these videos, saying stuff about Randy Savage's death and the fact the Hogan wears a bandana?
I think there is a certain bit of creating a buzz but I also believe Warrior means everything he says. He certainly held Savage in high regard so I can see how he felt the way he did about that situation. Where Hogan is concerned there are a number of former wrestlers that were not fans of his and Warrior is one of them. Shawn Michaels is another guy that was pretty vocal in not appreciating the way that the Hulkster did business with him in WWE. The fact is that along the way Hogan did a good job of protecting himself and his interests in the business and that is bound to lead to bad feelings with at least some that he worked with.
I just watched Matt Hardy's video of why he is pulling the Stun Gun/Tazer video. Has Matt Hardy really lost his mind? We're judging Jeff Hardy unfairly?!? He used a dangerous weapon on Matt and his girlfriend!! If they don't want to be judged, why do they make videos of their lives on youtube? Don't they realize or even care that Matt's girlfriend is only 110 pounds and that a 250,000 volt stun gun can actually put her in the hospital?!?!?
I actually had a person write me and tell me that I was being too hard on Matt and that he had used a stun gun on his girlfriend, joking around, in the past too. If she dumped him that may be why! Seriously, I agree with you here. First, you have a brother who has been off TNA since March due to not being able to perform at Victory Road (who is also facing serious drug charges by the way) so what do you do? Play drinking games with him and then shoot a girl with a stun gun. I could even understand if they were drunk, did it, put it on Youtube and the next day say, "Sheesh, we were morons!" But instead Matt can't understand why anyone would have a problem with what he has done. Has he last his mind? I can't say but he has certainly made some pretty stupid decisions lately.
Is it a fair statement to make that if Sting would retire he would go down as one of the best wrestlers to have NEVER wrestled in WWE? And he had chances to come to the WWE. During the Invasion storyline in 2001 and the whole Undertaker storyline leading up to Wrestlemania this year. So would he be the best wrestler never to have wrestled in WWE?
If you are talking about guys that were around during the WWE era, after they changed their name from The WWF, I think Sting would be the biggest name to have never worked for the company. He is certainly the biggest named wrestler to never work there. Whether he is the best depends on how you define the word.
Does the push that Mark Henry is getting have anything to do with that prank they pulled on him at that house show? Maybe they are trying to make it up to him. The push started literally the week after I first read about that prank story.
I believe they were planning to push him before that. The whole pulling a rib on Henry was ridiculous. Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn certainly has better things to do with their time. And to make their fans waste all that time at the end of the show is just ridiculous.
I think this "Anonymous" Raw GM story is losing any sense of consistency or reality it might have had, or wanted to have had. If the GM is watching the show, why did he not chime in when Mark Henry did his thing? Or CM Punk? Or many other times. Do you think the story will be ending, and he (or she) will be revealed soon? I sure hope so!
I totally agree with you. The GM has been off the rails for a while now but yeah when he doesn't show up in obvious situations it has totally jumped the shark.
