Has WWE ever had any developmental promotions outside the USA?

Nope, they have only had U.S. based developmental companies.  Because WWE likes to send agents to observe the talent on a regular basis, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have a full developmental promotion overseas.

Do you think if WWE can introduce an all lucha libre stable and even better by making them a heel team. Alberto Del Rio should lead the stable then include talents like Sin Cara, Primo, Chavo and Los Aviodores. They should act like hired Mexican assassins. Can it make a big impact in Mexico? What do u think?

I don't see it happening.  In part because WWE will want some of those stars to be babyfaces so they can sell merchandise in Mexico.

Since the term "wrestling" is now word and phrase non-grata, does this mean that the "superstars" will no longer compete in a "wrestling ring", but in an "entertainment area"?

How about "Superstar Ring?"

I think Cody Rhodes is having memory problems. Before WM27, I cannot count how many times I read or heard him say that he was going to unmask Mysterio at the show. But then, after he won, he just walked off!

Yeah, it is interesting how WWE sort of dropped the "unmasking" part of their storyline (especially after that great angle where Cody ripped the mask off) and instead now have Cody talking about disfiguring Mysterio instead.  Of course, he'd probably need to get the mask off to really do a good job of that!

If you had a choice who would you have selected as host and trainers to this years WWE Tough Enough?

I actually like Steve Austin as the host of Tough Enough.  Having such a huge star in that role makes the show important, and shows the contestants how far they can go if they are successful in wrestling.  I really would have liked to seen William Regal as a trainer, but they put together a pretty good crew as it is.
