HEAT BETWEEN THE ROCK AND JOHN CENA, WHY HHH IS FIGHTING TAKER INSTEAD OF KANE, SHOULD JAMES STORM PAY THE PRICE FOR JEFF HARDY, APPS FOR PWINSIDER AND MORE

If TNA were to punish Jeff Hardy for being drunk, wouldn't they have to change James Storm's character?? Surely it would be hypocritical even for a wrestling company to promote drinking whilst also stamping down on it. I realize that Storm's drinking is an angle, but it still doesn't look too good. Perhaps what they need is to simply lose the drunken escapades altogether.

There is a big difference between a guy playing a character and a guy being unprofessional and sabotaging a PPV.  If Storm were to show up wasted and be unable to perform, yes he should be disciplined.  But for just playing a character?  No.

Is there legit heat between Rock and Cena, or are they just incorporating something Cena said to make the feud juicier? Was there any reaction from the locker room to what Cena had said a couple years ago, btw? Did some agree because Rock left at his physical and career peak, or did most of everyone feel it was uncalled for on Cena's part?

Some people thought it was weak on Cena's part to call out Rock a few years ago while others were fine with it.  There wasn't universal opinion on it.  I know that Rock was ticked at the time that Cena went into business for himself in interviews that he did.  I would guess that he has had fun in ripping him in promos.  As to what kind of heat there is (or isn't) now, I can't say.  What I do know is that both guys are pros and will be able to work together without problems.

When the Undertaker was beaten by Kane, he was out for several months. Now he is back and is about to feud with HHH over the streak at WrestleMania. Since Kane had beaten Undertaker several times and was the man who put The Undertaker out for several months, wouldn't it make sense for Kane to be facing Undertaker at WrestleMania with the streak on the line?

Sure, from a logic point of view it would indeed.  However, that match is not "WrestleMania special" and WWE needed a more iconic bout for the show, so logic went out the window.  That often happens in the business.  You just have to accept it when they do it.

Enjoy the site a great deal. Any plans on possibly starting a podcast or having an app for my IPAD?

We have an app for Apple and Droid products on our Elite site at www.pwinsiderelite.com/mobile/ but that is as far as we can go with it. Honestly, at this point in time ads for smart phones and tablets just don't pay anything. By making apps for the free site, we actually cost ourselves revenue that we need to continue to provide the quality content that we do. Even if we get more people reading the site, if we make less money doing it, it's like TNA bringing in Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff to me.  It makes more sense to make more money to me.  As for audio, we also have a ton of that on the Elite site as well. We do make other audio shows free from time to time, but giving away one of the major selling points of the site on a regular basis is something that just doesn't make fiscal sense.  If we do something that costs us money instead of makes it, we won't be around very long.  People can try our Elite site for three days free and see if they like it.  We think that is a fair way of handling the situation.

The latest viewing figures are in and RAW does another good number. Are WWE management (The Mcmahons) really so short sighted to be genuinely excited by these numbers. To me it's obvious that the numbers are up because Rock, Austin, Undertaker and Triple H are on and when they disappear after Mania we as viewers will be left with SuperCena and no new challengers because WWE havent built anyone up enough. If after Mania we had seen Sheamus beat Triple H in a really brutal streetfight and someone like Wade Barrett or John Morrison get several 2.5 counts against the Undertaker before falling to the streak we'd have two new believable top guys to love/hate. If this is so obvious to me as a viewer why to the Mcmahons not see this?

Are they happy? I would guess that they are whenever their numbers are up. I agree that they had go back to the past to make WrestleMania feel special this year and they have done a bad job of pushing young talent. All we can hope is that they learn from it.
