FCW TELEVISION REPORT: MARCH OF CHAMPIONS; 3 TITLE CHANGES; ROLLINS/STEAMBOAT IN A FIFTEEN MINUTE IRON MAN MATCH

Tonight is a historic night because all of the titles are on the line. The FCW, FCW Tag, The Jack, FCW Divas, and Queen of FCW Titles are on the line. It is the March of Champions.

We are live on tape from Tampa, Florida and your announcers are Matt ‘Can William Regal be my pro’ Martlaro and Byron ‘Watch me on Tuesday nights on NXT’ Saxton.

Matt and Byron talk about the matches on tonight’s show.

Match Number One: Seth Rollins versus Richie Steamboat in an FCW 15 Championship Match

Rollins has something to say to Steamboat before they lock up. They go to a stalemate before locking up again. Rollins with a hammer lock to Steamboat but Steamboat with a reversal into a side head lock and take down. Rollins gets back to his feet and he reverses into a side head lock take down of his own. Steamboat with a head scissors but Rollins escapes.

They lock up again and Rollins with a waist lock take down. Steamboat with an elbow and he connects with a forearm and then he snap mares Rollins and kicks him in the face before getting a near fall. Steamboat works on the arm and then he connects with another series of forearms. Rollins with a punch but Steamboat with a few arm drags into an arm bar. Steamboat with a forearm followed by a drop kick and he gets a near fall.

Steamboat sends Rollins shoulder first into the turnbuckles and then he stays with the arm. He sends Rollins into another turnbuckle and he gets another near fall. Steamboat with a fireman’s carry into an arm bar. Steamboat with an elbow drop to the injured arm and then he puts Rollins in a key lock. Steamboat gets a near fall and then he kicks Rollins in the corner. Steamboat with kicks to the arm followed by a forearm to the head and a chop.

We are one third of the way through the match and Steamboat with another chop to Rollins. Rollins with an Irish whip but Steamboat with a kick and a sunset flip for a near fall. Rollins gets a near fall with a rollup. Steamboat with a jackknife cover but Rollins bridges and he gets a near fall with a back slide.

Steamboat with an arm drag using the ropes for extra leverage and Rollins goes to the floor. Steamboat with a knee to Rollins when he tries to get back into the ring. Steamboat goes for a pescado but Rollins gets into the ring while Steamboat is in the air and we go to commercial with a little more than half the match remaining.

We are back and Rollins has Steamboat in a single leg crab and we have a little more than six minutes left in the match. Steamboat tries to power out of the hold and then he goes for the ropes and he is able to grab it as he reaches for the rope. Rollins with a slam and then he goes to the turnbuckles but Steamboat gets a boot up. Rollins rolls Steamboat through and tries for a kick but Steamboat moves. We get an exchange of chops with Steamboat getting a brief advantage. Rollins with a chop but Steamboat with a series of chops and a drop kick followed by a back body drop.

Rollins with an Irish whip but Steamboat with a cross body from the turnbuckles and he gets a near fall. Steamboat with a running elbow into the corner but Rollins with a Flatline into the turnbuckles. Rollins with a running forearm but Steamboat with a power slam for a near fall.

Steamboat tries for a suplex but Rollins lands on his feet. Rollins with a rollup into an inverted side slam for a near fall. Rollins goes to the apron and he sets for a springboard clothesline and he hits it. Rollins can only get a two count because Steamboat is able to kick out. Rollins tries for a power bomb but Steamboat with a forearm and chop. They exchange chops again as time continues to run out. Rollins with Kawada kicks but Steamboat with forearms and chops. Steamboat with a forearm and Rollins with a punch. Rollins with an enzuigiri but Steamboat with the floataround clothesline and he gets a near fall.

We are down to the final ninety seconds of the match and Steamboat puts Rollins on the top turnbuckle. Steamboat sets for a superplex but Rollins punches Steamboat and Rollins tries for a sunset flip power bomb but Steamboat holds on to the ropes. Rollins is able to get Steamboat off the ropes and he hits a running buckle bomb but Rollins can only get a two count.

Rollins goes up top for a moonsault but Steamboat gets to his feet and Steamboat with forearms to the back. Steamboat with a German superplex but Rollins kicks out at two. Steamboat tries for an inside cradle but time runs out.

Winner: Draw [Seth Rollins retains medal]

Rollins and Steamboat push each other after the match and then Steamboat offers his hand but Rollins pie faces Steamboat. Steamboat with a super kick to Rollins.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Two: Aksana versus Rosa Mendes for the Queen of FCW Crown

Rosa has something to say to Aksana and then she pushes Aksana. Aksana pushes back. Rosa with a slap to Aksana but Aksana with a Thesz Press and then they go to the floor. Aksana with a slap to Rosa on the floor before they return to the ring. Rosa kicks Aksana as she re-enters the ring.

Rosa gets a near fall and follows it with a forearm to the back and a suplex for a near fall. Rosa with a Japanese stranglehold on Aksana but Aksana with a snap mare. Rosa with a clothesline for a near fall. Rosa punches Aksana while Aksana tries to block the punches. Aksana with a shoulder to Rosa but Rosa with kicks.

Rosa goes to the turnbuckles and she chokes Aksana. Aksana with a forearm and a snap mare that sends Rosa from the turnbuckles. Aksana with a clothesline and a back elbow. Rosa with a kick and punch. Rosa tries for a DDT but Aksana holds on to the rope. Aksana with a kick to the head for a near fall. Rosa with a knee but Aksana with a spinebuster for the three count.

Winner: Aksana

We are back and Ricardo Rodriguez introduces the tag team champions.

Match Number Three: Donny Marlow and Leakee versus Damien Sandow and Titus O’Neill for the FCW Tag Titles

Marlow and Sandow start things off and Sandow with a side head lock take down but Marlow with a head scissors. Marlow with a side head lock of his own. Leakee tags in and he hits a back elbow and gets a near fall. Leakee with a side head lock and Marlow tags in. Marlow with punches to Sandow and he puts Sandow in a side head lock. Sandow with a knee and he tags in O’Neill.

O’Neill hits Marlow from behind with a forearm. Titus with an elbow but Marlow with a forearm of his own. Leakee tags in and Marlow sends Leakee into O’Neill in the corner. Leakee with a side head lock but Marlow with an atomic drop to the knee. O’Neill with a near fall. O’Neill works on the leg with elbow drops. O’Neill slams the leg into the mat and then he continues to work on the leg. O’Neill knocks Marlow off the apron and Donny comes into the ring, but Sandow is able to tag in and he kicks Leakee.

Sandow continues to work on the leg and he has it in the ropes. Sandow with a take down and he puts Leakee in a step over toe hold. Sandow uses the ropes for extra leverage. Leakee kicks Sandow into the turnbuckles and he gets a near fall with a rollup. Leakee kicks Sandow away one more time and Marlow tags in.

Marlow with a clothesline to Sandow and then he knocks O’Neill off the apron. Marlow with a flying forearm and he gets a near fall. Marlow with an Irish whip and a side slam for a near fall. Leakee goes after O’Neill and he sends Titus to the floor. Leakee tags in and they hit a double back elbow. Leakee gets a near fall and then he hits a series of clotheslines. Leakee with a DDT and then he knocks O’Neill off the apron again. Leakee with a Samoan Drop but Ricardo Rodriguez breaks up the cover and the referee calls for the bell.

Winners: Donny Marlow and Leakee by disqualification

We go to commercial.

We are back and the Divas come to the ring to watch the next match.

Match Number Four: AJ Lee versus Naomi Knight for the FCW Divas Title

AJ with a kick and forearm to the back and then she works on the arm with an arm bar. Naomi with a kick and forearm to AJ. Naomi with the leaping butt bump but she tries for a cross body and AJ avoids it and Naomi goes into the ropes. AJ gets a near fall and she returns to the arm bar. Naomi with a back heel kick to AJ followed by a flying corkscrew back elbow and a few drop kicks. Naomi with a running kick into the corner but when she comes back into the ring from the apron, AJ with a kick followed by the Asai DDT for the three count.

Winner: AJ Lee

After the match, AJ has something to say to Raquel Diaz but the other Divas have to hold her back.

Match Number Five: Mason Ryan versus Bo Rotundo with Guest Referee Norman Smiley for the FCW Heavyweight Title

They lock up and Ryan sends Bo to the mat. Rotundo with punches and a drop kick that sends Ryan into the corner. Rotundo with a running clothesline and bulldog but Ryan turns it into a belly-to-back suplex. Ryan kicks Rotundo in the back. Ryan with shoulders in the corner. Ryan with a short arm clothesline and a kick to the back. Ryan with a suplex to Rotundo.

Ryan chokes Rotundo in the ropes and then he chokes him against the turnbuckle. Bo with punches to Ryan but Ryan with punches of his own and Rotundo is down again. Ryan kicks Rotundo in the head and connects with a knee to the head. Rotundo with a knee when Ryan tries for a shoulder. Rotundo with kicks and a clothesline but Ryan stays on his feet. Rotundo needs to drop kick Ryan in the knee to get him down. Ryan catches Rotundo on a cross body and he hits a uranage but Rotundo kicks out.

Ryan is frustrated that Bo kicked out and Bo is out cold. Ryan does not know what to do and then he tries for the Notista Bomb but Rotundo escapes and hits the spear for the three count.

Winner: Bo Rotundo

After the match, Rotundo celebrates his victory but Maxine’s music plays and she enters the arena with Buck Dixon and Lucky Cannon.

Maxine congratulates Bo on his victory with emotion as only Maxine can. Maxine says that Bo must be real proud to be the youngest FCW Champion. Now she wants to see how long he will keep the title because he has a match right now against Lucky Cannon.

Before the match starts, Maxine tells Norman that he is not the referee of this match. Maxine says that she has a new referee for this match. In comes Brett DiBiase who takes the belt from Bo and calls for the bell.

Match Number Six: Bo Rotundo versus Lucky Cannon for the FCW Title with Guest Referee Brett ‘Still with a better push than my brother’ DiBiase

Cannon attacks Rotundo from behind and Rotundo hits a spear but Brett does not make the count. Brett checks the crease on his pants and stretches in the ropes. Bo wants to know what is going on. Brett warns Bo that he is the referee and Cannon hits Bo from behind. Cannon with a short arm clothesline or two and then Cannon gets Bo up for the Lucky Strike but Bo escapes. Cannon with a kick to Bo and then Cannon is sent to the floor. Cannon with a shoulder from the apron followed by a sunset flip and Bo holds on to the ropes but Brett kicks the arms and makes a fast three count.

Winner: Lucky Cannon

After the match, Cannon with a kick to Rotundo’s head. Maxine comes into the ring and she kisses Lucky. Meanwhile at the announce table, Matt Martlaro is outraged while Byron Saxton is loving what is going on in the ring.
