I know a lot of people give TNA criticism for bringing in WWE guys. I think bringing in talent like Mr. Anderson, Pope, Hardy, RVD, Kurt Angle etc were all good moves because they are mainly in there 30s and, have a lot to offer and also are good talent. Also, in most cases TNA has brought more out of these guys than WWE ever did or was at the time What do you think?

I have no problem with WWE bringing in WWE guys, per se.  I do have a problem when they bring them in and present them as being more important than the guys that already were in TNA.  I also have a problem with them spending a lot of money on guys and not using them correctly.  There is a middle ground there where you can use the former WWE guys as a way to elevate the TNA guys and make everyone seem more important.  That, as well as bringing in guys that were let go from WWE due to issues, are the two problems I sometimes have with TNA bringing in some of the former WWE guys. I still can't fathom putting the title on Jeff Hardy when he was facing drug charges in a North Carolina court.

Which wrestlers come to mind when considering talent that was unable to overcome a poor gimmick, despite their skill in the ring and/or delivering promos/personality?

The one that jumps right out at me is Dusty Rhodes in the WWF.  That polka dot gimmick had no right to get over, but he did it.  That has to be the top one.  Everyone else is fighting for second place.

I know Ted DiBiase can't win a match or get anything good on television. But, I still think at some point in time WWE will put the rocket on him. I thought it was going to start when they had him growing his facial hair out, give his dad the million dollar title back and, laid out Daniel Bryan. I thought to myself that it was TIME. Well, I was wrong but, I still see him as a hell of a talent that needs more mic time so he can improve but, he's not as bad as others. His in-ring work is believable and has a good look. What do you think they will do and what do you think of DiBiase as a talent?

I think Ted has a lot to offer.  He showed it when he was breaking away from Randy Orton. Since then, he has been buried. I have no idea why they are killing him the way that they are but even if they decide to give him the big push, they will have a hard time getting the fans to accept it since they have pushed him as a loser for so long.  They can't just flip a switch and say, "Yeah, he used to suck but he is great now".  It doesn't work like that.

Why has Teddy Long been Smackdown GM for so long? With what it seems like, WWE's philosophy is, he just has never fit in my eyes. What has he ever brought to Smackdown as a talent? Also, do you think the Computer RAW GM mystery will ever be solved. There is a lot of entertaining talent out there that are better than Teddy Long and a computer. With the heat, Cole gets he should be RAW GM. Whether you admit it or not, it seems as if he even has the reporters such as you all buying into his persona.

Teddy is the GM because Vince McMahon likes him.  That is the same reason we have to deal with the Anonymous Raw GM.  I agree, it has to be Cole (if they ever tell us who it is).  No one else would make any sense and it would give Vince McMahon his own version of The Black Scorpion angle if he tried to cram anyone else into the role.

Do you think WWE is setting Jerry Lawler up for retirement? WWE seems to be going with newer announce teams and, I think Lawler has been burnt out and, stale for a long time.

I think it's more that WWE will be giving him a WrestleMania match this year than putting him out to announcing pasture.  Say what you want about his announcing but Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn like it and they trust Lawler to get over what needs to get over.  I would be surprised if he is not in WWE for at least a few more years.
