FCW TELEVISION REPORT: JACK BRISCO CLASSIC FINALS GO INTO OVERTIME

We are live on tape from Tampa, Florida and your announcers are Matt ‘Todd Grisham is my role model’ Martlaro and Brett ‘Week 20 of having a better push than my brother’ DiBiase.

Matt tells us that tonight is the finals of the Jack Brisco FCW 15 Challenge between Seth Rollins and Hunico. Brett says that he thinks Seth is going to win the challenge. Brett mentions that Bo Rotundo will be facing Buck Dixon after last week’s incident in Maxine’s office. Mason Ryan will also address the FCW Universe later tonight.

Match Number One: Kaitlyn and Naomi Knight versus AJ Lee and Rosa Mendes

Naomi and AJ start things off and AJ retreats to the corner and tags in Rosa before they lock up. Rosa tries to slap Naomi but Naomi blocks it and slaps Rosa. Naomi with a snap mare and clothesline for a near fall. Naomi with a side head lock and Kaitlyn tags in and Kaitlyn hits a clothesline. Kaitlyn is sent to the apron by Rosa and then Rosa runs Kaitlyn’s eyes across the ropes and then AJ kicks Kaitlyn on the apron while Rosa distracts the referee. Rosa gets a near fall and then she slams Kaitlyn’s head into the mat.

AJ tags in and slap Kaitlyn across the face. Kaitlyn with a head butt to the midsection but AJ recovers before Kaitlyn can make the tag and AJ gets a near fall. AJ with a reverse chin lock. Kaitlyn with a jawbreaker to escape and she is still unable to make the tag. AJ with a chin lock and Kaitlyn gets AJ on her back and Kaitlyn tries for a side slam but AJ counters with an octopus on Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn gets to the ropes and AJ tries for a sunset flip. Kaitlyn tries to make the tag again but AJ stops her. Kaitlyn kicks AJ and Naomi is tagged in. Naomi with a series of kicks followed by a leg sweep and a leaping leg drop for a near fall.

Naomi with a leaping butt bump to AJ and then Rosa tries to interfere but she runs into a drop kick from Naomi. AJ with an inside cradle for a near fall. Naomi pushes AJ into the ropes and Naomi connects with a leg lariat as AJ comes off the ropes and Naomi gets the three count.

Winners: Naomi Knight and Kaitlyn

Caylee Turner is with Mason Ryan in the interview area and she tells Mason that he will be facing Calvin Raines in his next title defense. She asks him for his thoughts and Mason says that he thinks it is great that Calvin gets a rematch even though he won. Calvin can say that he had to go through everyone to get to him the first time, but this time there will be no excuses. Mason says that the song stays the same. He was the Florida Heavyweight Champion, he is the Florida Heavyweight Champion, and after next week he will still be the Florida Heavyweight Champion.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Two: Xavier Woods versus Damien Sandow with Titus O’Neill

They lock up and Woods works on the arm and wrist. Sandow pulls Woods down by the hair but he misses an elbow drop and Woods with a few arm drags and Sandow backs into the corner. Woods charges at Sandow but he is sent to the apron. Sandow with a shoulder that sends Woods to the floor. Sandow rolls Woods back in and he gets a near fall. Sandow with knees as he sends Woods off the ropes and then he connects with a series of shoulders in the corner and he biels Woods and gets a near fall.

Sandow with an abdominal stretch and he uses the ropes for extra leverage until the referee sees it and he is forced to release the hold. Sandow with kicks to Woods and he connects with a forearm to the back. Sandow tries for a knee but Woods with a rollup for a near fall. Sandow with a spear for a near fall on Woods. Sandow with a kick to the ribs followed by a knee to the chest and a chin lock. Woods with a facebuster and Sandow is staggered. Woods with a clothesline and double thrust to the chest. Woods with a head scissors take down and then Woods goes up top. Woods with a cross body and he gets a near fall. Woods goes into the corner and sets up for the somersault clothesline and he hits it. Woods goes to the turnbuckles and that forces O’Neill onto the apron to distract Woods. Sandow comes from behind and gets a rollup on Woods and uses the ropes to get the three count.

Winner: Damien Sandow

We go to the interview area and Calvin Raines is with Caylee Turner. She asks him what is going through his mind. Calvin says that Mason is right because he does not have to go through a Grand Royale to face him like he did last time. He says that he is rested, fresh, and ready to go. The only thing that will happen next week is that he will beat Mason Ryan to become the next FCW Champion. Everyone will find out that when it rains, just how bad it pours.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Steve Keirn is in the interview area. He says that 2010 was a great year for FCW and he says that there were two people that he could count on seeing at every FCW live event. He has those two people with him and he gives a plaque to Ken and Betty Thoms for being the 2010 FCW Fans of the Year.

We go to Maxine’s office where she is with her new boyfriend Lucky Cannon. Maxine tells Lucky to slow down. She tells him that he will get what he wants, but he has to do something for her first. Maxine tells Lucky that she wants to make sure that Buck is taken care of tonight. Lucky says that if he is going to scratch her back, she better be scratching his. Maxine tells him that if he takes care of things, he will get what he wants.

Byron Saxton enters and he says that it looks like he has been called to the principal’s office. Maxine tells Byron that their relationship is more important to her than that. She says that they have worked very well together. Maxine tells Byron that she wants him to do a favor. She wants to make sure that Bo is carried out of the ring to the point where he can’t walk out of the ring. Byron asks Maxine about their deal and she says that the deal is on.

Maxine is alone in the office and she makes a phone call and says that everything is taken care of and there are no worries.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see Maxine at the Gorilla position watching the match.

Match Number Three: Bo Rotundo versus Buck Dixon

They lock up and Buck sends Bo to the mat. Buck with a knee and forearm to the back. Bo with forearms to Buck and then he hits a running clothesline and back elbow. Bo with a running elbow to the back of the head followed by an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner followed by a bulldog for the three count.

Winner: Bo Rotundo

After the match, Maxine is furious at Buck’s performance.

Byron Saxton goes to the ring and tries to attack Rotundo but Bo saw him coming and he punches Saxton. Bo throws Saxton over the top rope to the floor. Lucky Cannon comes into the ring and attacks Bo and hits the Lucky Break on Rotundo.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Four: Seth Rollins versus Hunico in the Jack Brisco FCW Fifteen Classic Championship

They lock up and they go around the ring until Hunico gives Rollins a clean break. They lock up again and Rollins backs Hunico into the corner and Rollins gives Hunico a clean break as well. Rollins and Hunico with a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Rollins floats over but Hunico with an arm drag into an arm bar. Rollins with a side head lock take down into a side head lock. Hunico with a shoulder tackle and then Hunico with another arm drag into an arm bar.

Rollins tries for a slam but Hunico escapes and tries for a belly-to-back suplex. Rollins gets out of the hold and Rollins with a side head lock take down. Hunico gets back to his feet and he gets out of the hold and snap mares Rollins and follows with an arm drag into an arm bar. Rollins hits a drop kick and he gets a near fall. Rollins sends Hunico into the turnbuckles shoulder first and follows it with a snap mare and rollup for a near fall.

Rollins with a front face lock and forearms to the back followed by a suplex and Rollins with a near fall. Hunico punches Rollins but Rollins responds with a forearm. Rollins with a back elbow and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a forearm and punches to the midsection. Rollins with shoulders in the corner. Rollins with a hard Irish whip and Rollins gets a near fall. Rollins kicks Hunico and sends him into the turnbuckles. Rollins with another hard Irish whip and another near fall. Rollins with elbows to the head and then he puts Hunico in a rear chin lock.

Hunico punches Rollins but Rollins with a kick to the midsection and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a forearm to the head but Hunico with shoulders. Rollins sends Hunico into the turnbuckles. Hunico with an Irish whip and drop kick into the corner followed by a cannonball. Hunico goes for a slingshot kick to the chest and Rollins rolls to the floor as we hit the halfway point of the match.

Rollins rolls back into the ring while Hunico tries for a dive to the floor but Hunico sees Rollins and he is able to tie himself up in the ropes instead of going to the floor. Rollins tries to take Hunico down with a dive but Rollins misses and he goes to the floor. Hunico with a pescado onto Rollins. Hunico rolls Rollins back into the ring and Hunico with a slingshot senton for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and there is less than five minutes to go in the match. Hunico with an arm bar and we are told that there were no pinfalls during the commercial break. Rollins punches Hunico and tries for a drop kick but Hunico holds on to the ropes and Rollins turns apparent disaster into a back flip. Rollins with a back body drop to Hunico. Rollins with a running clothesline followed by an Irish whip. Hunico sends Rollins to the apron but Rollins with an enzuigiri to the back of the head.

Rollins with a springboard clothesline for a near fall. Rollins with forearms to Hunico followed by an Irish whip but Hunico goes to the apron and then he hits a shoulder and springboard forearm. Hunico with a clothesline and springboard cross body for a near fall. Hunico with an Olympic slam for a near fall.

Hunico goes to the apron and then he goes up top but Rollins is able to recover and he punches Hunico. Rollins tries for a superplex but Hunico stops Rollins. Rollins goes to the mat. Hunico comes off the turnbuckles but Rollins is able to hit a power slam on Hunico but he can only get a two count. Rollins picks up Hunico and slams him. Rollins goes to the top turnbuckle and tries for a Phoenix Splash but Hunico moves out of the way. Rollins tries for a power bomb but Hunico counters with a modified Code Red for a near fall. Hunico with a La Magistral but Rollins kicks out. Rollins with a rollup but Hunico kicks out and time runs out.

We are told that we are going to have a five minute sudden death period.

The bell rings to start the sudden death period. They struggle to get back to their feet. Hunico with a rollup but Rollins kicks out. Rollins with a buckle bomb followed by a super kick and Hunico kicks out. Rollins goes up top but he takes too long and Hunico pops up and hits an arm drag from the turnbuckles. Hunico goes up top and hits the Falling Star but Rollins kicks out. Hunico kicks Rollins and after a series of counters, Rollins gets a near fall with a sunset flip. We get a series of near falls for each man and then Rollins tries for the standing shooting star press but Hunico moves out of the way. Hunico with La Magistral but Rollins counters it and gets the three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins

After the match, Rollins and Hunico shake hands. Rollins then shakes hands with the referee.

Steve Keirn and Gerald Brisco come to the ring to award Rollins the medal for winning the Jack Brisco FCW Fifteen Classic.
