CM PUNK BRINGING BACK SES, UNDERTAKER AS A HEEL, THE WORK IN THE DIVAS DIVISIONS, DAVEY BOY IN THE HALL AND MORE

My question is in regards to the "New Nexus." CM Punk has been gaining quite a bit of a following very similar to what we saw with Gallows, Mercury, and Serena. With that in mind, do you see the "New Nexus" as becoming the next Straight Edge Society or has that run it's course? Bare in mind they are already sporting punks mark on their shirts. I feel like this would be a great direction for them to go in with the SES not really having a long enough run in my opinion.

I think if they do that, they really kill the Nexus guys and make them look even more subservient than they are now.  I liked the SES gimmick but I think it ran its course and it better to move forward than go backward.  Punk is doing a great job as the leader so it makes sense to keep it going.

Why didn't either Jeff Hardy vs. Kurt Angle match make your "Best Of" poll? Both matches were off the charts (and I seem to recall your site agreeing with sentiment at the time) and left fans wanting more. The only thing I can think of is that the matches both ended in no-contests, which admittedly does take some of the luster out of two of my favorite matches of the year.

Our ballot is comprised of nominations from our thousands of Elite members.  They send in the nominations that make the ballot.  We feel that they do a very good job.  If we something that we feel should be on the ballot but isn't, we added.  But fringe matches like the ones you mentioned, which wouldn't have a chance of winning, we don't worry about.

What are the odds of seeing the Undertaker as a heel?

I would say very, very low.  He has gotten to the point in his career where fans don't want to boo him so I don't see it happening.

Davey Boy Smith or British Bulldog is arguably a legend in the eyes of many....so when are we going to see him in the hall of fame? Or are we?

To me, Smith is a guy who is on the border of getting or not.  Personally, on merit he is not a Hall OF Famer in my book but I could see him maybe getting into the WWE.  The last years of his life weren't pretty however and WWE may be concerned with that when considering inducting him.

During this year's Royal Rumble in the women's match towards the end you can clearly see Layla turning then literally sliding into position to receive Eve's finishing move. To me that looked bad and really makes it looks even more scripted than it is. I know this happens all the time but I guess when I seen Layla actually lift her leg to slide more upward to center herself I was thinking how awful that looked. Sure she's not a great wrestler and trying her best but do you think they need to work better on women's matches and their timing. Even in the recent past you can see them selling things way too long and poor timing with punches and kicks. I guess I'm just used to the men and their fast paced but on a big stage like The Rumble I would hope for less obvious flaws..your opinion?

The way I see it is simple.  WWE doesn't put much emphasis on the wrestling in the divas division and at times, that will show.  When the company doesn't stress that the women be great in-ring wrestlers, you really can't realistically expect them to be great in their matches.
