MTV2 LUCHA SERIES TO TAPE FIRST EPISODES THIS SUNDAY

The MTV2 Lucha Libre series "Masked Warriors" will tape its debut episodes this Sunday 6/6 at The Show at Agua Caliente Resort, Spa in Rancho Mirage, California.

Talent booked for the debut taping are Marco Corleone (Mark Jindrak), Lizmark Jr., Mascarita Dorara, Octagoncito and Tinieblas Jr.

Alex Abrahantes, who has worked for WWE in the creative end, is on board as a creative writer for the project.

I have heard that the project has reached out to at least one former WWE personality to work for the series as an announcer, but have not confirmed a deal was made. If I confirm it, I'll report it.
