SHAWN MICHAELS IN TNA, FREE AGENTS, ORLANDO JORDAN'S TNA PERSONA AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2010-05-02 10:00:06
I was wondering what these free agents are planning on doing especially if they go to TNA. Where is Booker T at and is he coming back? Where is Scott Steiner? Bobby Lashley? Charlie Haas? Chuck Palumbo? William Goldberg? and finally is there any chance that you see that Shawn Michaels and Triple H would go to TNA and have a Kliq reunion?

There's no chance of Triple H and Shawn Michaels in TNA.  You have a better chance of yours truly replacing Dixie Carter as TNA President.  Lashley is focusing on TNA and there's potential that Haas could come in down the line.  Steiner would return if they made him the right offer.  The rest I don't see.  Goldberg isn't going to do anything without massive amounts of moneybags.  Palumbo I don't see.  He's in California running his bike shop.  Booker is waiting for his twins to be born and running his PWA school in Texas.

Could all the negative backlash Orlando Jordan has been getting recently for his gimmick actually be a good thing?  If people are really hating his character, wont that just make him a strong heel?  Think back to the days of Gorgeous George where being shockingly feminine (for the time) made him the most hated, and thus most successful, man in wrestling.  Could OJ have similar luck?

It's certainly possible.  We will have to see where the character goes over the next few months before we can see if that's the case.  So far, it just seems to be a number of fans upset over Jordan being hired and the type of gimmick as opposed to legitimate heat generated by the role.

Do you think it would benefit WWE if they began to run angles on WWE Superstars? Now with WWE NXT the former ECW workers have not been featured greatly on Raw/Smackdown and have been kind of lost in the shuffle. I think running more of an actual story line based program instead of mismatched teams and pointless matches would help make the IC and US Title and perhaps the tag titles stronger since they are not heavily featured on the main programs.

No, only because a big percentage of their audience is unable to watch the series.

Now that Shawn Michaels is out of WWE, what do you think the possibility of him joining TNA is? Now that Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, And Sean Waltman are all in TNA do you think that helps the chances of him going to TNA?

None.  Zilch.  Nada.
