GOOD WORKERS BEING SENT TO WWE DEVELOPMENTAL, WWE HALL OF FAME AND MORE

Question, why does WWE send Danielson and Low Ki to development when they both can go, especially Danielson. 

Sometimes it is simply because they want to see if they can work the "WWE style" or because they want to see how well they take direction before putting them on the main roster.  Remember, in the case of Low Ki, now Kaval, he suffered a leg injury that put him on the shelf for some time, and now he is working off the "ring rust" in developmental.  In the case of Danielson, he wanted to go to developmental after his dark match with Chavo Guerrero to sharpen his skills.  Given his debut on NXT, I'd say he made a good move.

Who selects the theme songs for WWE PPV’s and are the song names linked to the PPV in any way?

WWE works with the different music labels on the theme songs, usually with the label submitting songs for WWE to choose from, which is done by their promotional department.   The songs don't have to be linked to the PPV.

I've always been curious. Are Hornswoggle & the old WCW Leprechaun the same guy?

No, the Leprechaun in WCW was Dewayne Bruce, who also wrestled as Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker, and later "Sarge" in a storyline with Bill Goldberg.  He was a trainer in WCW's Power Plant, and unlike Hornswoggle, was not a little person.

I understand Stu Hart going into the Hall Of Fame, but why not Owen Hart instead? Too soon?

As long as Martha Hart, Owen's widow, doesn't want Owen in the Hall Of Fame, I think it would be horribly disrespectful for WWE to induct Owen against her wishes.

I do think he will go in at some point, it really will depend on his relationship with WWE at the time he is considered for induction.
