THE HART DYNASTY, WEEKLY RATINGS, A WORTHY CANDIDATE FOR THE WWE HALL OF FAME AND MORE

By Buck Woodward on 2010-02-12 10:00:00
With Bret Hart's expected return to WWE on January 4th's edition of RAW, do you see The Hart Dynasty being moved over to RAW? Also do you see any chance of Teddy Hart coming in with Bret possibly along with Jack Evans? and maybe a reuniting of all of the members of the Next Generation Hart Foundation?

The Hart Dynasty hasn't been moved to Raw, and really hasn't been a part of Hart's storyline at all.  I don't see that changing, I also don't see Teddy Hart or Jack Evans being brought in.

Short question. Where's Jerry Flynn?

Jerry Flynn, best known for his WCW run during the late 90's, ran a karate studio for some time.  I've also heard he was involved in the energy business as part of a coal or oil company, but I'm not sure if that is true.  He's been out of the wrestling spotlight for some time, as best as I can tell.

Where do you find the weekly ratings?  I can't find a good site for it.

We have an television industry source that provides them to the website.  In fact, if you listened to yesterday's No Name show, we discussed the ratings of not only wrestling, but some other networks as well.

I am extremely saddened to read of the passing of "Dr. Death" Steve Williams. He was a champion inside the ring and outside of it as well. I am honored that I got a chance to meet Steve in Allentown,PA. 2 years ago. With all of his accomplishments in wrestling coming from All-Japan, NWA and Mid-South, do you see the WWF/E Inducting "Dr. Death" Steve Williams into the WWF/E Hall Of Fame?

He certainly belongs in any pro wrestling Hall Of Fame, and given that his former partner Ted DiBiase is being inducted this year, it would be nice to see Williams go in this year as well.  However, WWE usually seems to avoid too many posthumous inductions at the same ceremony, and if Stu Hart does go in, that might mean they hold off on Steve Williams.

I was thinking with Hogan coming to TNA could be a resurgence of the managers.  I have a dream of a new 4 horseman with Flair playing the manager having Beer Money, Desmond Wolfe and Joe, Hogan as manager with MCMG, AJ and Matt Morgan.  Possibly add Jim Mitchell with a group and Foley with a group.  With the Managers never wrestling but only talking I am in seventh heaven thinking about the promos there would be, the resurgence of groups and the wrestling old school they could be.  Am I only wishful thinking?  What do you think?

There really hasn't been a resurgence yet, with only Ric Flair managing AJ Styles so far in the Hogan regime.  I'd love to see it happen, especially with a talent like Jim Mitchell out there available.  However, there's been no indication of TNA going in that direction.
