TWO MAJOR WWE STARS OUT WITH INJURIES THAT WILL REQUIRE SURGERY, SCOTT ARMSTRONG UPDATE, MICKIE JAMES AND MORE

As we first reported last night exclusively in the PWInsider.com Elite section, both Rey Mysterio and Big Show are scheduled for knee surgeries shortly, which is why Mysterio was killed by Batista and stretchered out and why Show was choked out by Undertaker's finisher.

As we mentioned last night during the Survivor Series post-game show as well, Scott Armstrong did indeed suffer a legitimate concussion last night when he was errantly kicked in the back of the head by Sheamus during Team Miz vs. Team Morrison.  I was told Armstrong was in a bad way backstage when they got him to the back but is doing much better today.

To kill a rumor that is making the rounds, Mickie James knew about the "Piggy James" video before she was in the ring at last week's Smackdown.  There was a run through of the segment earlier in the day.  One story making the rounds is that WWE surprised her with the video without her knowledge, but there's nothing to that at all. 

Hornswoggle will be out at least a few weeks selling the Triple H Pedigree. The original plan was for him to return on the 11/30 Raw in Baltimore, MD.
