During the interview, Edge was asked for a status on his Achilles Heel tendon injury and recovery. He described himself as "on the path to coming back" where before he wasn't even on the path. He said he's able to walk without crutches and it's "been a hard injury and a painful injury."
Edge said he would return next year, but it's too soon to tell when. He noted he would love to be back for Wrestlemania, but it's too soon to say.
Edge said the addition of Big Show as his replacement in the Unified Tag Team championship team with Chris Jericho was a good choice. He went into work mode, noting he might have to go through Show to get to Jericho when he comes back. He said he believes he and Jericho will have good matches.
When asked about having an online presence, Edge said such things are "too complicated for me" and that he prefers to write and read books, noting that his autobiography was hand-written. He noted, "Who cares if you're at the beach?" in regard to twitter.
