Judge Roslyn O. Silver is giving Warrior's side until then so they have a proper chance to file anything that could put the case back into motion, but all signs appear it will finally be put to rest later this month.
Warrior recently noted that a portion of the lawsuit that is under federal jurisdiction is still ongoing. I can't independently confirm that comment as of this writing.
