Hulk Hogan in TNA.  Can Brian Knobbs be far behind?

Well, Hulk Hogan has always taken care of his friends, so I can't say it would shock me to see Knobbs show up in TNA.  Let's just hope it isn't as a competitor in the X-Division!

Can TNA run a show at Madison Square Garden if they want?

WWE used to have agreements with many arenas that they could not run another wrestling event for a set period (I think 60 days) prior to or after their event, effectively shutting out WCW or whoever from running there at the time.  However, I don't believe that is the case anymore (probably in part because WWE rarely runs any building more than a few times a year).  TNA could certainly get into major arenas, although I tend to think WWE would do whatever they have to in order to keep them out of MSG.

How long will Sabu keep wrestling?  I recently saw some matches online of him in Puerto Rico.

I tend to think that as long as he can breathe, Sabu will be in the ring.

Whatever happened to Kid Kash? Will we see him in TNA or WWE again?

Never say never in wrestling, but it seems Kash's brashness has rubbed a few people the wrong way in TNA and WWE.  He still works shows, but from what I understand he is working on becoming a chiropractor. 

When did wrestling go from being a carnival sideshow to an event that could draw real crowds?

I would say the turning point was at the turn of the century, in the early 1900's, with the emergence of Frank Gotch as a national star and the formation of the original NWA.
