Spotlight Match: World Class Channing Thomas vs Brett Mettro

Where oh where is Sidney Bakabella? He clearly must think this pay window isn’t worth it. Channing says Mettro doesn’t deserve to be in the ring with him right now. Brett with a bunch of takeovers and headlocks to show that he can hang with World clAss. Big vertical suplex from the powerhouse for an unlikely two on Thomas. Running smash for another two. Channing is seeming in trouble but shoves Brett into a buckles. Channing with a backdrop but he eats buckle himself. Mettro off the top but eats a knee to the jaw…Channing puts him away with a perfect plex. Oh, Bakabella was on commentary.  Anyways, this was good stuff.

Winner: Channing Thomas

Match 1: The Kelly’s (Westfield & Grayson) vs The Batiri (Kodama & Obariyon)

The Kelly’s certainly have a height advantage but the Batiri are basically feral. Batiri with a big ol’ dive to the floor on the Kelly’s but they are quick to catch a demon and bomb them on the apron. Kodama takes a LOT of heat early. Obairyon with the tag in, double cutter! Kodama throws a knee and clocks some Kelly’s. Obariyon booted to the outside. Spine buster to Kodama and a double chokeslam ends it for the hellspawn.

Winners: The Kelly’s 

I think the Kelly’s just called out everyone. No one answers. 

Match 2: Elle Valentine vs Brittnie Brooks

Brooks is back after a devastating KO at the hands of Janai Kai. Elle’s technically the heel but we’ve been loving her work. Elle connects with a brutal boot wash and almost ends this. Elle staying on her. Britt with a back elbow in the corner and a flying forearm! Brooks rallying with clotheslines for two. Slingshot elbow drop into the ring for another near fall. Elle starting to power back. She picks up Brooks who squirms out and rolls Elle up for the three!

Winner: Brittnie Brooks

Steven Stetson is out her to gloat about getting the Shook Crew to quit Wrestling Open…but apparently because of their loss on Saturday…their first defense of the tag team titles will be against the Church of Greatness. He wants a tune up. Jay Lyon is more than happy to have a Rare singles match!

Match 3: Steven Stetson vs Jay Lyon

Stetson says they won the titles in 42 seconds. Is he going to equal that time? No. He spends about a minute taunting the crowd. He slaps Lyon. Bad move. Jay slaps his stupid head off and cannonballs him into the ropes! Stetson hot shots him. He whips him so hard the ring shifts an inch or more. Lyon throwing hands but Stetson hits a big slam and some elbow drops. Lyon with a run up tornado flatliner! Stetson with a fireman’s carry neckbreaker! Lyon dodges the north Jersey lariat! He goes for a lionsault but slips in the ropes…Stetson blasts that north Jersey lariat for the win…but we make sure to remind him how to spell his name. 

Winner: Steven Stetson

Match 4: Rex Lawless (w/ RJ Rude) vs Nick Robles

Poor Nick Robles. He is here to be sacrificed to the newly heel tandem of RJ & Rex. Rex is yelling at us that this new attitude is our fault. He is rolling through the rock n roller. RJ taunting Robles from ringside. He finally avoids the chokebomb. High cross body for two! He comes running again but Rex buckle bombs him. Chokebomb ends this beating mercifully.

Winner: Rex Lawless

Smart Mark Sterling is out here. He says RJ & Rex owe Worcester an explanation. Rex wants competition and is sick of hearing about his pecs. He’s gonna become the monster he was always meant to be. RJ is tired of no one knowing what he puts himself through. They are very angry emo boys.

Match 5: Big Business (TJ Crawford, Victor Chase & Julio Cruz w/ Brad Hollister) vs Fancy Ryan Clancy & Miracle Generation (Dustin Waller & Kylon King) 

TJ Mayo doesn’t want the fancy man and tags out immediately. Julio getting beat up. Tag to Dustin and he is immediately tripled up on. Victor gets got with that nice lazy pose. Blind tag to the King! TJ yoinked up into a double suplex! Dustin gets into trouble again. This is becoming a theme. Dustin with a desperate ddt and a tag to the fancy man! Clancy is handling business. Big Business tries to triple bomb but it’s cut off! Fancy Miracles with a triple dive! Side Russian to Julio and big Business is going to have to have a bit of a regroup! 

Winners: Clancy & Miracle Generation

Rich Palladino brings out Sidney Bakabella & Channing Thomas…probably to explain that whole powder attack on Jermaine Marbury last week? Bakabella attempts to fight a child, like he does. Channing has a basketball. Why did he do it? Bakabella hates Benny the Basketball. He doesn’t have a manager’s license and is stealing paydays. Channing hates that this seems to be Jermaine’s side hustle and not his main focus like him. They have a message for Jermaine Marbury…and they stab the basketball to death. Next Thursday, world Class will be there if Jermaine wants to fight a real professional wrestler. Good segment. 

Match 6: Ricky Smokes (w/ Brad Baylor) vs Dezmond Cole (w/ Pedro Dones)

This is a pretty crowd-hot one-sided beatdown of Ricky Smokes until he cheap shots Boofa. It doesn’t last and Smokes gets sent flying….Boofa wants a dive but Smokes thinks he’s quick and runs into a kick! Baylor pulls Ricky out of danger and that distraction is enough to let Ricky Make boofa eat the apron. Ricky unloading but boofa crucifixes him for two. Split leg stunner! Ricky hot shots Boofa and blasts a boot for a near fall. Boofa with a quick reversal, roll up and drop kick! Boofa’s got a gash in his head. Ricky drops an elbow but Boofa kicks out. Crowd rallying for Boofa but he’s staggering. Trading shots in the center. Spine buster to Ricky. Kick out! Rocky trapped in the buckles…he blocks a sunset flip bomb but eats a superkick. Falling German! Rolling legdrop for two! Ricky dodges a tornado kick…Boofa hits a suplex! Boofa to the top as Baylor attacks Pedro and posts him. Ricky tries to capitalize but Boofa dives and takes out Baylor! Back in…Cole hits a high cross body…smokes rolls through and gets some rope leverage to steal the pin as the crowd boooooooos.

Winner: Ricky Smokes

Main Event: Kennedi Hardcastle, Gabby Forza & Allie Katch vs The Bratz (Paris Van Dale, Shannon Lavangie & Zayda Steele)

We are being pushed back from the ring. I see car parts under the ring skirt. Oh s***. The Bratz try to run. Oh no. Triple ten punches. Gabby blasts Zayda with a parking sign. The chaos has arrived. I see headlights getting swung. Shannon has a tire! This IS sponsored by Island Auto! This might be more the Bratz game…or maybe Paris and Shannon have been a little more hardcore elsewhere it seems. Zayda and Allie fighting on the bar! Allie eats a bartop stunner! There’s a car door in the ring??? Allie pummeled with the street sign as Zayda brings more fenders and chairs into the ring. Kennedi is in serious three on one trouble. Kennedi gets a headlight thrown into her face. Jeeeesus. Allie struggling back into the fight but gets sabu’d….Mommy isn’t going down like that! Hip checks for everyone until Shannon comes swinging. Meteora into a chair! GABBY HAS A WHOLE CAR BUMPER! She press slams it into the ring! The Bratz catch it but Kennedi hits a high cross body into it! Gnomecastle pummeling the lesser Bratz. Kennedi bombed into Shannon! We have a door into the corner! Everyone comes swinging…no one team getting the clear advantage. Zayda swinging a pipe around. We have more fenders! Zayda tries to get gnomeberg but Gabby jackhammers her into the fenders! Shannon off the top to break up the pin!  Allie tries the heatseeker. Shannon tries a dive but Allie boots her and puts her through a door at ringside! Gnomie left with Paris and Zayda. Paris blasts her with a spoiler and they double ddt Gabby into a chair. Kennedi dodges and Zayda gets blasted with headlight! Kennedi hits a page turner and spears Paris into the remaining door to get the win! 

Winners: Hardcastle, Katch & Forza
