The Destination X edition of Impact Wrestling closed with a video promoting the debut of "Johnny Impact", aka John Hennigan/Johnny Mundo the former John Morrison in WWE, who will be dubbed the "Thursday Night Delight." The promo specifically mentioned he was the AAA and Lucha Underground champion.
Former Knockouts champion Taryn Terrell also returned to the company tonight.
Former X-Division champion Petey Williams, who recently came out of retirement and worked for House of Hardcore over the weekend, returned as well tonight, assisting Sonjay Dutt.
Of course, the other big news was the return of Jim Cornette, who is now playing the old Bob Armstrong role from SMW as the Babyface authority figure, "firing" Bruce Prichard. All of Cornette's promos and segments were great.
