On last night's episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Colbert mentioned that WWE is attempting to trademark "3:16" in conjunction with t-shirts they are now selling listing different cities with the phrase. Colbert read the "John 3:16" chapter from the Bible and then played a clip of Steve Austin's infamous "Austin 3:16" promo from WWE's King of the Ring 1996.
This all led to "Jesus" coming out with a WWE championship belt to cut a wrestling promo:
