This wine’s story: Cody Runnels is a really great dude and a good friend of ours. He and his family are legends in the professional wrestling world. When we brainstormed ideas for Cody’s new wines he came up with his plan instantly: Make one wine for his father, “The American Dream” Cody Rhodes, and one for himself, “The American Nightmare” Cody. His dad famously sported the yellow polka dots during his legendary career and Cody wanted this artwork to be paired with a world-class sparkling wine as a celebratory nod to his father, a true wrestling icon. In Cody’s words, “Real men don’t just drink beer. Real men drink wine too.” We couldn’t agree more. This limited-edition collector’s sparkling wine is only available once via our wine club!

This wine’s story: “The American Nightmare” Cody Runnels is a wine guy…and the World Champ. He knows his wines as well as anyone. He knew he wanted a big red with his creative fingerprints all over it when we began discussing this exciting collaboration. Our winemaker buddy Sean Boyd has let us try his incredible GSM blends for years now and we told him to count us in for 400 cases for a special occasion this year — and this bottle is that special occasion. We are incredibly excited to partner up with the World Champ on this one-of-a-kind collaboration and we can’t wait for our wine club members to try this juice in September!
