WWE has been pushing both Nia Jax & Braun Strowman as huge monster heels. Why do you think that neither of them is in WM?  Yes I know they could add her to the women's match, and they could have Strowman face Big Show if Shaq is out. But that is not where he should be.  What do you think?

Well, they did add Nia and she is in the Title match at least.  Strowman on the other hand?  I am with you.  They were building him so well but man, they did him no favors on Raw this week.  First he ate the chokeslam from Taker, then he sold it for a LONG time.   I don’t get it either.

At this point, do you think WWE will ever honor Ultimate Warrior's original intent behind what's now the Warrior Award? He explicitly wanted a special award for behind-the-scene employees like Jimmy Miranda, but instead WWE twisted his words and made the award a big P.R. statement instead. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Connor Michalek and others being honored for their courageousness, but I feel that it's a big slap in the face to Warrior and his respect for people behind the scenes who helped make WWE what it is today.

He had his vision for it, but WWE has theirs too.  My take is that as long as Dana Warrior is happy with what they do with it, it’s fine by me.  I really don’t see how honoring people that have fought difficult situations with courage and grace is a slap in the face to anyone.  It’s great that you want to do an employee of the year kind of thing, and I have no problem with that, but I do like seeing people that fight the good fight get honored as well.

To preface, I get the whole "sports entertainment" angle, and I get his desire to branch out to other forms of media to promote the brand. But why is Vince McMahon so terrified to call his main product-- that being the in-ring action of his weekly television shows and monthly pay-per-views-- "professional wrestling"? Is Vince ashamed of the term or connotations? I know that he wants to be different than all of the past and present competition, but honestly, the very nucleus of his product IS professional wrestling. Why can't he embrace his business' roots while still doing his whole "taking over the world with corporate outreach and terrible straight-to-DVD movies" schtick? Is there a certain lack of respect for the overall industry here, or am I reading into it too much?

He has no desire to embrace the roots.  He has always had a vision for the business to be greater than what he sees as “rasslin!”  He sees what he does to be an entertainment and art form and wants it to be presented as such.  He has also always been big on using branding so wrestlers are Superstars.  Wrestling is Sports Entertainment.  Long story short, he doesn’t see his business to be what you see it to be.  I am not saying you are wrong, but the one with the money makes the rules.

I guess I must have forgotten, but why does Stephanie hate Sasha Banks so much? What am I not remembering?

Steph hates everyone.  It’s just who she is.  That’s the best I can do.  It doesn’t matter anyway, it’s not like Sasha (or anyone) ever gets their heat back from her.

I’ve been wanting to see this for at least the past 5 years - Jim Johnston for WWE HOF? I consider him as iconic as The Fink is. Your thoughts? Has there ever been any talk of this backstage?

I think he deserves it, without a doubt.  He has been a stud for them and made a big contribution to the company.  He should already be in.
