TAZ & SABU REUNITE IN HONOR OF BARELY LEGAL, GRANDPA NIKITA, SHANE DOUGLAS AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2017-02-23 10:20:00

In honor of the 20th anniversary of their ECW Barely Legal PPV main event, Taz and Sabu will reunite for a signing on 4/15 at the Wrestling Universe store in Queens, NY.  For details, click here.

Psicosis has been announced for a pretty rare independent appearance in the Northeast at the 4/22 House of Glory event in Queens, NY that will also feature appearances from Kevin Nash and Scott Hall.

The Times-Online in Pittsburgh featured a piece on former ECW World champion Shane Douglas at this link, taking a long look at his career and why he's still wrestling today.  Douglas states in the article that the long-fledgling Classic Wrestling Revolution, a project he has been working on for a few years now, will launch once funding is in place.

Speaking of Douglas, he has been cast in the independent film Kecksburg, which will tell the story of a UFC crashing in the small Pennsylvania town in 1965 and a reporter seeking to reveal the government cover-up.  This is the latest project from Cody Knotts, who wrote, produced and directed "Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies" starring Douglas, Roddy Piper and Hacksaw Duggan, among many others.

All-time great Nikita Koloff announced that his family has celebrated the birth of his third grandchild.  Our congratulations to the entire family.  Thanks to Paul Jordan for sending that along.
