TAMMY SYTCH RELEASED FROM JAIL

By Mike Johnson on 2017-02-03 13:29:00

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was paroled from Carbon County Correction Facility today and the scheduled hearing in regard to her probation being revoked, originally set for 2/17, has been canceled.  It would appear Sytch and her attorney have come to terms for her release and for Sytch to continue her probation following an agreement last year that saw her plead guilty to a trio of 2015 DUI arrests.  PWInsider.com is working to confirm additional details.

In August 2016, Sytch was sentenced to 97 days in jail, only to then be given credit for 95 days she spent in rehab and 2 days in jail.  Sytch was released without spending a day in prison, but was warned that if she got into trouble at any point in her probation, there would be consequences.

Sytch was arrested five days later in Northampton County, PA on several charges including receiving stolen property (that charge was later dropped) and was fined $1,496.00 last month in that case, which is now closed.

Sytch was arrested several times in September 2016 in Carbon County, charged with possession of alcohol and being under the influence of alcohol - both of which were violations of the zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol aspect of Sytch's probation.  She was taken j into custody and had been incarcerated since 9/23/16.

Sytch was at one point the hottest female talent in WWE and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2007.  She has had a series of ups and downs in recent years, personally and legally, and last year, released both an autobiography and an adult video.
