Northeast Wrestling's 3/3 Wrestlefest event in Waterbury, CT will be headlined by the third and final Kurt Angle vs. Cody Rhodes bout, held inside a steel cage. This will be Angle's final scheduled wrestling appearance before being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on 3/30 and will likely be his final independent appearance.
The first ever bout held between the two was held in August 2016 for the promotion with Rhodes scoring the win. The two met in a rematch for the UK's WCPW, as seen below:
Next month's bout will be their rubber match.
