Why would WWE create a new UK title instead of bringing back the European championship?
There's a few reasons. One, let's be honest and admit the European championship was never really handled right and was a belt that hardly mattered. WWE wants to take advantage of the booming UK scene and this is a way to create something specific for that market and those fans and then bring that energy and uniqueness to the WWE Network. Having a brand new championship with no past baggage is a smart way to handle that.

For now, yes. There are no current plans for the Awards to be presented the way that they have been in recent years - as a special episode of Raw. My guess is they re-tool the Awards and bring them back as a WWE Network presentation of some form in 2017.
Is Universal Wrestling Archives allowed to sell their stuff anymore or did they recently get rights to sell stuff?
WWE owns the Mid-South library now, but it may be a case where the Watts family has the rights to sell whatever material they had already in stock. WWE would not have granted them rights to sell material on their own again.
Was Eva Marie being knocked on Raw the right call to make? It seemed like a really specific way to crap on her.
It was not a way to crap on her. It was a way to use the legitimate heat she has from fans that don't respect her as a tool for Mick Foley to anger and fire up Sami Zayn. Plus, she's a heel, so it's not like babyfaces should be praising her anyway.
Any word on a Paige return?
She is cleared from her suspension, but is not cleared to return to wrestle following neck surgery. We had heard last week that the company expected her back on the road shortly.
