SIN CARA 'EXILED', NEW WWE SIGNINGS, HOGAN ON RETURN STORY AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2016-11-10 00:17:00

As we noted in the PWInsider.com Elite section earlier this week, at one point, Sin Cara was going to be sent home from the current European tour, but at the last second, WWE reconsidered and instead has "exiled" him (as one source joked) over to the Smackdown side of the current tour, as opposed to having him continue on with the Raw brand.

James Ellsworth is expected to sign a full-time deal with WWE shortly, if he hasn't already.

Ariya Daivari is also being signed for the 205 Live series.  Expect others to follow.

For whatever it's worth, Hulk Hogan claimed on an appearance on Eric Bischoff's new podcast at www.MLW.com that Brooke Hogan made up the story about his potential WWE return as a way to get attention.  Hogan is never going to admit he's been talking with the company publicly, because it's not in his DNA to give away a surprise return, so stay tuned.
