While the lawsuit Billy Corgan has filed against TNA, etc. is still moving forward, it is interesting to note that based on the documentation revealed over the course of that case that TNA was required to pay Corgan back the $1.8 million he had lent them on 11/1. PWInsider.com has not been able to confirm whether that actually has happened or not, but one would think TNA would be opening themselves up to even more legal procedures if they have not.
As if TNA hasn't had enough headaches in recent weeks, their server has crashed, leading to all of the company email being down.
Davey Richards, who has talked retirement before, said on Twitter he is planning on being done with wrestling in 2017.
