TNA. Seriously. They made the excuse that they gave up a good paying TV deal before a show that was taped months in advance airs a few days later in the UK. Did Dixie Carter really own a PR company? They are done.
I said the same thing on my Hotline yesterday. This company, good Lord. It’s like buying a full priced cabin on the Titanic after it hit the iceberg. Even if they continue on, they are done. It’s a damn shame that they didn’t have a real leader.
What was that outfit Dixie Carter wore to court last week? Did she think she was going to a rave? Does she know that she is 52 years old?
When I saw that outfit, I thought the same thing that you did. I don’t understand why she thought that was appropriate to wear to court. She is still a pretty woman at 52, so I won’t say there isn’t some place she could wear that outfit but court was not the place to dress like that.
Who, on the present roster, do you believe will be in the Hall of Fame? Obviously, there is Taker, John Cena, and probably some others... What do you think about Randy Orton? Big Show? Chris Jericho? And, if you'll indulge me, any predictions? AJ Styles? Finn Baylor? Bayley?
Taker, HHH, Lesnar, Cena and Randy Orton are locks. Big Show is too IMO. Beyond that, there are a lot of talents that are deserving of it. I don’t want to start listing people because I don’t want to leave anyone out. And remember, this is an honor solely decided by top WWE management.
To follow up on the Lesnar being booked as a heel in Minnesota... How about Lesnar being booked as a heel in Canada? Lesnar now lives in Canada and even represented the Canadian flag when fighting his last UFC match. Is this proof WWE just likes to book on the fly? What happened to the days when things were booked a year in advance.
To answer your last question, TV happened. Back in the old days, TV was used to build up audiences for the house shows and PPV. Now, TV rights fees are the number one revenue generator for the company so they book week to week in many cases. As for booking Brock as a heel in Canada, good point.
After watching Hell In The Cell I have to ask what has Sasha Banks done to be booked so poorly by WWE? To put the title on her twice only to take it off of her less than a month later not once but twice now makes absolutely no sense. She is easily the best wrestler on the roster male or female and the way she has been booked when it comes to the Women’s Championship makes her look incredibly weak when she does not have a single successful defense in now two title reigns!
I would say relax at this point. Mostly, Sasha has gotten hurt. I saw her come out of the match on Sunday very strongly. They booked her as a “never say die” worker. She fought back from the stretcher. Right now, I am not at all concerned.
