Suppose that TNA does go bankrupt; to repay their creditors, I'm sure that whatever assets TNA has (both tangible and not) would be sold or auctioned off. If this were to happen, would the contracted talent for TNA be up for bidding if a promotion were to honor the terms of the contract? Or would the wrestlers with guaranteed pay or late pay be listed as creditors too?
It depends on the kind of bankruptcy. If they were sold, and the contracts were with Impact Ventures and not personal services to the Carters, then if someone bought the company, they could get the contracts too. It happened with WCW when WWE bought it.
Why all of the sudden is WWE calling her Charlotte Flair? They have never done that before? Everyone knows she is Ric's daughter is there any reason for it?
I think to hammer home the legacy of who she is. She was definitely doing promos a lot more like her father on Raw this week. I thought she did a great job.

It’s already there. It is building heat between Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles. For every fan that doesn’t like it, there are others buying his T-Shirt. Sometimes Wrestling is silly, and this is one of those cases. I like it.
Who has Karl Anderson pissed off? I mean, every time they lose as a tag team, and every time he goes solo...he loses! Makes him look so weak. He deserves better. Why do you think he is always the one who takes the loss for the team, and loses when he is solo? I really don't think that is the way to build a dominating and intimidating tag team. Your thoughts?
I have no idea what the issue is but I agree with you completely. They have totally wasted a really strong talent in Anderson. I have no idea why. It’s ridiculous how they have used him.
I think Dixie Carter is the most oblivious clueless most ridiculous person to ever run a wrestling company? She wishes she was as good as Jim Herd and Herb Abrams? Your thoughts?
Oblivious is a great way to describe her. Clueless is too. Her record speaks for itself. Billy Corgan’s lawsuit speaks for itself. The lawsuits? The same thing. I put her below Herd. He got paid to mess up WCW, he didn’t pay to do it. Abrams was a different animal all together but his body of work doesn’t stack up to hers. She is one of a kind.
