WWE DEVELOPMENTAL TALENT ARRESTED, SUSPENDED

By Mike Johnson on 2016-10-19 18:45:00

WWE developmental talent Terrance Jean-Jacques has been suspended indefinitely by WWE after being arrested over the weekend on charges of  charges of assault and battery, kidnapping, witness intimidation, destruction of property and threatening to commit a crime.  The assault and battery was allegedly against his pregnant girlfriend, leading WWE to issue the suspension under their domestic violence policy.  WWE first confirmed the suspension to ProWrestling.net's Jason Powell.

WWE issued the following to PWInsider.com: "We have zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Terrance Jean-Jacques has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.”

According to the Eagle-Tribune in Massachusetts, Jean-Jacques looked to be on the verge of tears during his arraignment today.  His mother requested that the Judge release him into her custody as he was scheduled for a surgery later this week, according to the newspaper, but the Judge refused.

Jean-Jacques, 24, was signed to a developmental deal in April 2016 after a successful collegiate wrestling career and has been training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
