WWE's William Regal made a surprise appearance at tonight's Chaotic Wrestling event in Woburn, MA. Regal, who was not advertised, appeared as a guest General Manager for the promotion, setitng the stage for a championship match between Chaotic champion Chase Del Monte and challenge Scotty Slade.
Regal was at the promotion tonight because he was scouting talent for WWE.
