PWInsider.com has confirmed that Luke Harper is backstage at Raw in Memphis, TN after spending two weeks at the WWE Performance Center in advance of getting cleared to return from his ACL tear. Harper has been out of the ring since last year after tearing the ACL during a dark segment in Philadelphia, PA.
Harper was not drafted over the summer, so it may be he will be starting for the Raw brand tonight.
