WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan and Gawker will spar once again in court in Tampa, Florida tomorrow as there is a hearing scheduled regarding Gawker's attempts to appeal the financial ruling against them to the tune of $140 million for publishing snippets of a sex tape featuring Hogan that was filmed without his knowledge several years earlier.
In advance of the hearing, Hogan filed a motion requesting that the court not allow the appeals process to move forward unless the defendants put up $50 million each in escrow so that should they lose the appeal, Hogan will be paid the initial judgment that he had previously been awarded.
