Donald Nemeth, the brother of current WWE star Nick "Dolph Ziggler" Nemeth was arrested today on charges aggravated murder in relation to the January shooting of 34 year old Joseph Mascol at an area hotel.
Prosecutors allege that Nemeth tried to rob Mascol during a drug deal. The two men fought, leading to Nemeth pulling a gun and shooting him three times.
Nemeth plead not guilty yesterday during his arraignment at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. He is being held on $1 million bond.
