At 10:22 ET Michael Cole gave us an update on Enzo Amore. He said that he is still at the hospital and has been diagnosed with a concussion. All other updates came back negative. The fans did the "Oh Enzo Amore" chant.
At 9:14 WWE tweeted the following:

Joe Randazzo sent this item. ... I'm at WWE Payback... I don't know what you guys are seeing on TV, but Enzo Amore was just stretchered out, on oxygen. They EMTs had a defibrillator but we aren't sure if it was used.
Michael Cole just announced on the PPV that he has been taken to a local facility and is moving his extremities and talking.
