ROH ON COMET REPORT: MORE MATCHES FROM HONOR RISING WITH ANDERSON AND GALLOWS IN ACTION, HOW WE GOT CABANA VERSUS LETHAL AT GLOBAL WARS, AND MORE

We are in Tokyo, Japan for the remaining matches from the Honor Rising show from February.  Your announcers are Kevin Kelly and Mr. Wrestling 3.

Match Number One:  Tomoaki Honma, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Moose, and Michael Elgin versus Cody Hall, Tama Tonga, Bad Luck Fale, and Yujiro Takahashi

Tanahashi and Fale start things off and Tanahashi does the ‘Moose’ gesture so he tags in Moose to let him start.  Moose and Fale get face to face and Moose says something to Fale.  They both go for shoulder tackles and neither man budges.  They do it again and have the same result.  Fale goes off the ropes and we get another stalemate.  Fale with forearms to Moose.  Moose with a drop kick and he does a Guerrero shimmy.  Fale with a knee to the midsection and Tama Tonga tags in.  Honma tags in as well and Tama with a drop kick.  Tama with an Irish whip and Stinger Splash.  Honma with a back elbow but Tama with a forearm.  Honma with a clothesline and he slams Tama.  Honma signals for a diving head butt, but he misses.  Tama mocks Honma and tries for a leaping elbow drop but Honma moves.

Tanahashi tags in and they hit a double shoulder tackle.  Hall, Fale, and Takahashi enter and so do Moose and Elgin.  Eventually, the members of the Bullet Club are sent to the floor.  Elgin, Tanahashi, Honma, and Moose pose in the ring.  Tanahashi waits for Tama to get in and he connects with a kick and forearms.  Takahashi with a knee to the back and he pulls Tanahashi to the floor and kicks him against the guardrails.  Takahashi hits Tanahashi with a chair in the thigh and the back.  Hall works over Honma while Takahashi chokes Tanahashi with the chair.  Tama waits in the ring for Tanahashi to get back in.

Fale tags in and he stands on Tanahashi’s back.  Fale with a vertical choke and he throws Tanahashi into the turnbuckles.  Hall tags in and he connects with elbows in the corner.  Tanahashi works on the shoulder and kicks the arm.  Hall with forearms across the chest and he gets a near fall.  Tama tags in and he connects with forearms.  Tama runs around Tanahashi and hits a drop kick.  Tama kicks Tanahashi and tags in Takahashi.  Tanahashi with forearms but Takahashi rakes the eyes.  Takahashi has a Yakuza kick blocked and Tanahashi with a dragon screw leg whip.

Elgin tags in and he goes up top and hits a flying shoulder tackle on Takahashi.  Elgin with an elbow and Irish whip followed by a German suplex.  Elgin holds on and Tama stops him.  Elgin with a press slam to Tama.  Elgin gets Takahashi up for a delayed vertical suplex and Hall kicks Elgin.  Elgin holds on until Hall kicks him again.  Hall and Takahashi go for a double suplex but Elgin counters.  Elgin with a deadlift hesitation German suplex for a near fall.

Takahashi kicks Elgin and Elgin with a waist lock and Takahashi holds on to the referee.  Takahashi with a kick to the ding ding.  Moose and Hall tag in and Moose with jabs and then he winds up for a discus punch but Hall blocks it.  Hall with a Samoan drop but Moose pops up and hits a clothesline.

Moose gets a near fall.  Moose sets for the spear on Hall but Hall with a knee and he sets for an Outsider’s Edge but he has trouble getting Moose up.  Moose gets to his feet and then Hall with a clothesline.  Tama with punches to Moose followed by a Yakuza Kick from Takahashi and a splash from Fale and Tama.  Hall sets for a choke slam and hits it but Moose kicks out.

Hall sets for the Outsider’s Edge but Honma with a flying head butt to stop him.  Takahashi with a Fisherman’s buster to Honma.  Elgin with a discus forearm and he gets Tama and Takahashi up for a Fallaway Slam and Samoan Drop.  Tanahashi drop kicks Fale off the apron.  Elgin presses Tanahashi into a High Fly Flow onto Takahashi, Hall, and Fale.  Moose with a splash to Hall.  Moose with a cross body followed a spear for the three count.

Winners:  Moose, Michael Elgin, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Tomoaki Honma

We go to commercial.

We are back with Jay Lethal and Truth Martini in Tokyo.  They talk about getting massages with an ending that is kind of happy.  Truth tells Jay he does not have enough money for an ending that he is talking about.

We see footage of Lio Rush facing Jay Lethal at Supercard Of Honor because Lio’s scheduled match against Tomohiro Ishii was not able to be scheduled.

We see Colt Cabana coming out after the match to confront Jay Lethal and set up their match at the Global Wars pay per view.
We see footage from the impromptu non-title match between Jay Lethal and Colt Cabana.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Jay and Truth are at the ‘special place’ and Delirious walks out with a huge smile on his masked face. 

Jay wants to know where his face is on the New Japan Wrestling store.

We see Dalton Castle standing outside a store called ‘Peacock’.

We see more sights around Tokyo.

Match Number Two: Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows versus Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe

Gallows and Anderson attack Jay and Mark before the bell rings.  Gallows punches Mark while Jay and Anderson battle on the floor.  Jay with a flying clothesline that sends him and Gallows over the top rope.  Mark with a baseball slide to Anderson followed by a blockbuster off the apron.  Gallows sends Jay into the guardrails and connects with an uppercut.  Mark punches Anderson on the floor while Jay and Gallows continue to battle.

Mark kicks Anderson in the ring.  Mark with a forearm and chop.  Mark with a kick to Anderson.  Anderson with an Irish whip but mark floats over and then goes for a crane kick but Anderson flips Mark.  Mark lands on his feet and he hits a drop kick for a near fall.  Mark with a Mongolian chop and he tags in Jay who kicks Anderson in the corner.  Jay with a head butt and suplex.  Jay gets a near fall.  Mark tags in and he punches Anderson in the midsection while Jay holds Anderson.  Mark with a side Russian leg sweep for a near fall.  Mark with forearms to Anderson but Anderson knocks Jay off the apron while Gallows trips Mark.  Gallows with a boot to the head and Anderson with a leg drop off the apron.  Gallows and Mark fight into the aisle and Gallows with a kick.  Gallows hits Mark in the back with a chair and then he punches Mark.

Jay punches Gallows in the aisle and then Mark limps back to the ring.

Anderson sends Mark into the turnbuckles and he chokes Mark in the corner.  Gallows tags in and Mark kicks Gallows.  Gallows with punches to Mark and the referee warns him.  Gallows knocks Jay off the apron.  Gallows kicks Mark but Mark with an elbow.  Gallows with a head butt to Mark followed by an elbow drop for a near fall.

Gallows with a reverse chin lock.  Mark with elbows to get out of the hold but Gallows with a forearm to the back.  Gallows with an Irish whip but Mark with an elbow to Gallows and a punch to Anderson.  Mark with an enzuigiri to Gallows followed by a stunner in the ropes. Mark is able to land on his feet on a back drop by Gallows and Jay is tagged in.

Jay with a boot to Anderson on the apron and then he connects with forearms to Gallows but Luke stays on his feet.  Jay with a running boot and Gallows goes down.  Jay with a Death Valley Driver for a near fall.  Jay with a head butt to Gallows.  Gallows with a thrust kick and Anderson tags in.  Anderson knocks Mark off the apron.  Anderson with a boot to Jay followed by a splash from Gallows.  Gallows and Anderson with a neck breaker and belly-to-back suplex combination to Jay for a near fall. 

Mark breaks up the cover and Gallows sends Mark to the floor.  Anderson with the Stun Gun for a near fall.  Gallows picks up Jay for the Magic Killer but Mark breaks up the move.  Gallows goes to the floor when Mark ducks.  Jay escapes a Stun Gun twice and Jay sets for a Jay Driller but Gallows with a boot.  Mark with a missile drop kick to Gallows.  Jay with a short arm clothesline to Anderson and then he hits a neck breaker and Mark with an elbow drop for the three count.

Winners:  Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe

After the match, we see more footage of the Ring of Honor wrestlers around Japan.
