Odds of Eric Bischoff getting into the WWE HOF ???
100% in that it will happen one day. He deserves it. He changed the entire wrestling business. Anyone who says otherwise is being foolish.
How do you feel about TMZ and others passing off that Tammy Sytch is in rehab as their story when you reported it back in March?
Par for the course. Anyone who pays attention knows what we reported and when. We don't need to tout or promote ourselves or complain about it. Our track record speaks for itself. Even over the course of Wrestlemania week, we had tons of news and material that was exclusive, including the rebranding of the Women's division. It is what it is and honestly, until you asked me, I wasn't even aware of the Sytch thing. Once I have a story posted, I am working on the next.
Any possibility that WWE would license the Evolve shows and air them on the Network?
Of course there is. WWE could easily license the footage. I'd be shocked if they didn't at least utilize the Global Cruiserweight Series qualification matches. No one would admit this, but I would assume there have been conversations about acquiring the entire EVOLVE/WWN library.
What did you think was the best speech at the WWE Hall of Fame?
I thought the entire event was awesome, but my favorite speech was by far the Fabulous Freebirds. I thought it was a hell of a tribute to Michael Hayes' run in the business and a great way to give World Class Championship Wrestling a final bow.
Who do you think is the headline WWE Hall of Famer next year?
There are a number of possibilities. Daniel Bryan seems to be the most likely.
I am watching some old ROH and they build up that Bryan Danielson has perfected this perfect wrestling move, and then it's a small package. Really? That's pretty stupid.
The idea was that Bryan was so good that what was a mundane move for anyone else was dangerous in his arsenal. There's nothing stupid about that.
