TROMA TO DISTRIBUTE 'PRO WRESTLERS VS. ZOMBIES'

The legendary Troma Pictures, creators of such fine cinematic fair as "Class of Nuke 'Em High" and "The Toxic Avenger", announced today that they would be the official DVD distributor for Cody Knotts' "Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies."

I am told more details are forthcoming and that there will be a lot of announcements Wrestlemania weekend on the PW vs. Z front.

The film, which stars Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle, Hacksaw Duggan, Matt Hardy, Shane Douglas and more, features a troupe of wrestlers booked for a show in an abandoned prison, only to find out an army of zombies have been conjured to destroy them in order to get revenge against one of the wrestlers for something he may or may not have done.

Troma is a perfect home for the horror-comedy.
