STEVE AUSTIN-WRESTLEMANIA XXX UPDATE, BIG MATCH ANNOUNCED FOR NXT ARRIVAL, USA TODAY COVERS DANIEL BRIAN, WWE PROMOTOTION AND MORE

The USA Today has done a long story on the Daniel Bryan-YES chant phenomenon. It is a good piece for WWE because it points out they often affect society at large with the things that they do on their shows. You can read it by clicking here.

Triple H announced on his Twitter account that Paige will take on Emma at the NXT Arrival show next week. Arrival will air on the WWE Network.

The New York Post has a story today looking at the break off in negotiations between NBC Universal and WWE over their TV programming that you can read by clicking here.

I have seen similar coverage on other mainstream outlets about the deal. So far, Wall Street isn't scared as the WWE stock has only been down minimally the last two days.

Jim Ross debuted his new Podcast yesterday the first of a two part interview with Steve Austin. It is a really good listen with Ross covering some interesting points with Austin:

*Austin said that while he was at Raw last week, no one in WWE said anything to him about appearing at WrestleMania XXX. It's also interesting to note that on his interview with John Cena, Austin acted as if he wasn't even sure he was going into the building last week. Cena joked that he should come in that night and also into the ring at WrestleMania 31.

*Austin said that he didn't announce that he was retiring back when he wrestled The Rock at Mania 19 because it would have hurt WWE and its stock. He also made it clear he did not want to retire but the issues with his neck left him no choice.

You can listen to the podcast by clicking here.

And speaking of Jim Ross, his one man shows in New York City are less than two weeks away. Seats still remain for both those shows, as well as his events in New Orleans WrestleMania weekend. You can get your tickets for them by clicking here.

WWE sent out the following:
