BIG O VS. TONY NESE, PSYCHO CIRCUS 2014 MAIN SET AND MORE: NYWC DRAW THE LINE LIVE COVERAGE FROM DEER PARK, NY

By Mike Johnson on 2013-11-30 19:05:50

Papadon vs. David Starr vs. Grimm Reefer

All three circled each other at the bell.  Starr drilled Papadon and went after Reefer.  They went into a hard fought opening sequence where Starr played coward when he was on the defensive and all three fought hard to get a pinfall.

Starr ended up on the floor.  Reefer went to the apron and had his legs swept and took a bump to the floor hard.  Papadon nailed a dive on Starr.  Papadon nailed a back suplex on Starr and cleaned house, nailing a neckbreaker and DDT on both for near falls.

Reefer caught Papadon with a reverse thrust kick but was then nailed with a back suplex for a two count.  Starr was frustrated he couldn't get a pin.   Papadon nailed a back suplex with a bridge but Reefer came off the ropes with a swanton, breaking the pin.

Reefer locked in a crossface, trying to force the submission.  Starr got to his feet.  Papadon attacked but Reefer kicked him away, then forced Starr back down, where he tapped.

Your winner, Grimm Reefer!

NYWC champion Big O vs. Tony Nese - Loser Leaves for 60 Days

Nese, who had stolen the belt, didn't initially come out with it, then returned to the back and made a second entrance, with ring music, this time bringing the belt out with him.  O was infuriated.

O chased him to the floor the second the bell was rung.    Nese spent a lot of time stalling early on.  O chased him and got him in the ring.  Nese attacked him but O overpowered him and sent him flying with big Beel Tosses.  O shoulderblocked him in the corner hard.

O lifted him over his shoulder but a backbreaker, then slammed him down hard.   Nese rolled to the outside.   O whipped Nese into the guard rails.   O chopped him hard and picked up Nese to ram him into the ringpost but Nese slipped behind and shoved O into the post face-first instead.

Nese hit a double springboard kick on O as he returned to the apron, sending him to the floor.  Nese then nailed a tope suicida on him, slamming O against the railing.   O rolled back in the ring, where Nese stepped on his throat and choked him against the ropes.

Nese began stomping on O, who was laid out on the apron.   He kicked O in the face and dropped a leg across his chest for a two count.  Nese worked over O with a series of lefts.  O tried to fire back but was knocked to the mat with a series of shots to the neck and back.  Nese peppered him with right hands.

O fired back and nailed Nese with The Pounce but was too spent to make the cover.  O nailed a right hand but was tripped by Nese and nailed with a slingshot splash for a two count.   Nese scissored O, trying to force a submission.  O fought his way out and went to the top rope but was caught with a Nese kick.

O fought him off and nailed the flying shoulderblock but was again too beat down to capitalize and make the pin.   O blocked a series of rights and nailed several of his own, then hit a pair of clotheslines.  Nese tried to run away but was caught and sent into the ropes for a backdrop.

O shoulderblocked Nese down and picked him up for the running powerslam, but Nese kicked out at the last second.   O nailed a F5 but Nese kicked up.   O missed a charge in the corner and was drilled with a superkick for a two count.

The NYWC Tag Team champions and Marti Belle came out but Nese told them to get out because it always backfires.   They left, upset.  Nese went to the top for a bodypress but is caught.  He slipped out and nailed a series of kicks with his educated feet.  He nailed an exploder into the buckles and followed up with a hard kick to the mid-section in the corner for a two count.

Nese went to the top and called for the 450 splash.   O caught him.  They battled back and forth in the corner.  Nese shoved him down but before he could hit the move, O drilled the ropes and Nese was crotched on the top rope.  O grabbed him and nailed the Attitude Adjustment for a two count.

Nese drilled O in the corner with a dropkick and a running knee.  He went to the top and hit the 450 splash but O kicked up at the last second.  This is easily the best performance in O's short career.

Nese tried to pick up O for a move but O blocked and drilled him across the back.  Nese fired back and knocked O down.  They fought back and forth with punches and uppercuts.   O clotheslined Nese, and then hit a second that turned him inside out.  He chokeslammed Nese, who kicked out.

They went nose to nose on their knees, slapping each other.  They began chopping each other's chest.  Nese avoided a move and rolled him up for a two count.  O rolled up Nese but Nese grabbed the rope.  Nese caught O in the corner with kick after kick as O covered up.  Nese missed a running knee in the corner and was Black Hole Slammed for the three count.

Your winner and still NYWC champion, The Big O!

Tony Nese must leave NYWC for 60 days.

Good match, the best I've ever seen O have.  This was a really good back and forth match with O in the rare role of babyface having the fight from underneath.

DJ Hyde attacked O from behind,  Matt Justice, Mike Mondo, Jesse Vaun and Marti Belle joined in.  Mondo told the crowd that O was pathetic and questioned whether he was a true champion.  He said they are Team Elite.  He said they have everyone and O has nobody.  Mikey Whipwreck, Stockade and Francis Kipland Stevens hit the ring with weapons to run them off.

Whipwreck took the mic and said that he isn't the biggest Big O fan, but they have the Psycho Circus coming.  He said that there's a few months to go but February is his 20th year in the wrestling business and there's no better way than kicking Mondo's ass.   He challenged Team Elite to face them and his own Assassin.   He dared Belle to enter the Circus as well.

The promotion's next date will be 12/21 back here in Deer Park, NY as they film for their upcoming TV series, which will debut in 2014.  They have also listed their schedule for 2014 at www.NYWCWrestling.com.

That's all from Deer Park!  Thank you for logging in with us tonight!
