Hawaii Championship Wrestling's 2/21 show in Kaneohe was headlined by a three way "Three Stages of Hell" match with Kaniela, Kaimana, and Kenjiro Katahira. It was basically a three falls match with different stips on each fall (first was pin only, second was submission only, third was a hardcore match). Each guy won one fall, so they added a fourth stage, last man standing. Kaimana won. Big Daddy Frank squashed Mike Semperfi, then issued an open challenge. Several guys ran in and got trashed. Continuing the interpromotional angle with IXWF, the Nightmarchers (Ahuna & Kaniela) did a run in at the IXWF show in Honolulu that same night before going to the HCW show and working there as well. Kensuke Sasaki returns to defend the HCW title vs. Kaimana at the 3/14 show in Honolulu. They've also got Ekmo Fatu booked for that one.
The Championship Wrestling Federation drew over 300 to their anniversary show in Monessen, PA on 2/21. They brought in Kamala and Doink for that one. Next show is 3/13.
Tom Prichard was in Milwaukee over the weekend, conducting a training seminar with Wisconsin Organized Wrestling for some of the promotion's trainees. The promotion ran a house show, with Tough Tom (Disorderly Conduct) over Austin Aries to retain the WOW title after a Juvi driver as the top match. Aries had won a battle royal for the shot. Angel Armoni and Silas Young's match had the most heat and crowd interest. Shawn Daivari also worked. They did an angle where owner Steve Robinson gave an award to Dakota, the first graduate of their training school, only to be interrupted by Tom Stone, who announced he's now half-owner of the company. Next show is 3/6.
