By Richard Trionfo on 2012-08-27 23:02:38
We start off with footage from SummerSlam and Raw with CM Punk’s comments to Jerry Lawler that were interrupted by John Cena. We hear Punk’s demand to give John Cena his title shot at Night of Champions. We then see CM Punk and Jerry Lawler II and Lawler bumping into Punk and Punk’s response with a round kick to the head.

We are live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and your announcers are Michael ‘Laverne’ Cole and Jerry ‘Shirley’ Lawler.

Michael brings up the tweet that Jerry Lawler made after Raw. Lawler gets up and he walks into the ring.

Jerry says that this is not the way that Raw normally starts, but he has something to get off his chest. At the end of the 1000th edition of Raw, Jerry made a comment that CM Punk thought was derogatory. Jerry says that he might have misspoke. When Punk came out last week to demand an apology, he thought out of respect for the WWE Championship, it was no big deal. Jerry apologized to Punk, but then he was kicked in the head from behind.

Last week, he apologized to Punk. This week, he wants an apology from CM Punk.

CM Punk eventually comes to the ring.

Punk wants to know why Jerry Lawler wants the WWE Champion to apologize for doing his job. Punk reminds Jerry what he said about Punk turning his back on the WWE Universe because he justifiably kicked the crap out of the Rock for showing him a lack of respect. Lawler paints him as a bad guy. Punk did not turn his back on anybody. Jerry Lawler turned his back on the WWE Universe when he slandered the WWE Champion. Punk says that he kicked Lawler from behind because Jerry pushed him out of the way and showed him no respect.

Punk says that he is a man and he will apologize to Jerry. He says that he is sorry that all to get into the WWE Hall of Fame is to beat a bunch of nobodies from Memphis, get into a slap fight with an actor, and act like a fourteen year old for his entire WWE career. He is sorry that Jerry’s jealousy came from never becoming WWE Champion. When he got his Wrestlemania shot, he lost to Michael Cole. He is sorry that Jerry has become a seal barking back whatever is said into his ear. He is sorry for the man who Jerry has become.

Punk asks Jerry if he wants to fight him. He says that Lawler is just a commentator while Punk is the best in the world. Punk says that everyone knows that he would embarrass Jerry.

Jerry says that he came out for an apology, not a fight.

Punk says that he can see it on Jerry’s face, but what would happen if they fought. Punk asks if he is not the best in the world, who is? Punk says that he will fight Lawler and he promises that Jerry will leave embarrassed. He will leave it up to Jerry to determine how embarrassed he is at the end of the night. Will he be embarrassed for being beaten up in a match or for deciding not to fight.

Punk walks to the back and Lawler says that he will think about it.

We go to commercial.
