TNA LOSES NATIONAL DVD DISTRIBUTION, COMPANY STATEMENT ON FUTURE PLANS

TNA's DVD partner Navarre Corporation has gotten out of the DVD distribution business, one of the victims of major retailers not being willing to stock DVDs unless they are guaranteed moving a certain number of titles per week.

When asked for comment on how this would effect their DVD releases, TNA's Chris Thomas issued the following statement to PWInsider.com:

"Our current distributor, Navarre, is leaving the DVD distribution business. We are in the process of securing a new distribution partner. In the interim, titles will be available at shoptna.com."
