WWE HALL OF FAMER THREATENS LAWSUIT OVER TMZ STORY

WWE Hall of Famer and former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura appeared on the Alex Jones radio show earlier today and claimed he has his lawyers looking into suing TMZ over what he claimed was a false story reported on him earlier today.

TMZ.com reported that Ventura was pulled over for allegedly tailgating another car in California, telling officers that he was tailgating only because the driver in front of him was too slow.

Ventura claimed he had not been in California since this last July and the story was a "smear campaign" on the website's part. Why they would be conducting such a campaign, he did not specify.

TMZ appears to have yanked the story from their website, although I saw it earlier today and can confirm it was there.
