Showtime All-Star Wrestling returns to the Nashville Fairgrounds on May 7 with "Fairgrounds Wrestling Revival". The announcement was made during the SAW televsion show airing in Nashville Saturday night. George Gulas was on plugging the event. The city of Nashville constructed the building specifically for wrestling events promoted by his father, Nick Gulas.

The announcement comes one week prior to the Southern All-Star Wrestling's "Tribute to the Fairgrounds", headlined by the final match between Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee in Nashville.. It appeared "Tribute" might be the the final pro wrestling event to be held in the building. However, the Nashville City Council voted this past Tuesday to keep the Fairgrounds open through 2012 before proceeding with redevelopment.
