We all know that WWE wanted a Cena vs. Batista in the Main Event of Wrestlemania 25, unfortunately (for WWE) Batista was injured and not be able to wrestle at the Reliant Stadium. The Animal is at the end of his career and if WWE wants to do the same match for Wrestlemania 26 do you think that it will be the greatest Wrestlemania Main Event of all time ? Not in talent in-ring but in a commercial point of view. What about Triple H in this match ? A triple threat is maybe less prestigious.
I wouldn't be shocked to see WWE go in this direction for Wrestlemania 26, but the greatest Mania main event of all time? Never say never, but I just don't see it. I'd love to be proven wrong though, since that would mean one hell of a match.
With SummerSlam in Los Angeles, and the WWE's desire to turn the event into a summertime Wrestlemania, Do you think there's a chance of Shaq competing? He's going to be the guest host this coming Monday which should be the start of the build for SummerSlam. Plus with how much of a fan as he is, as well as his new reality series he signed to do where he competes with other athletes in their own sports it seems as though maybe Big Show vs. Shaq could happen.
It's an interesting idea, but I haven't heard anything in that regard. If anyone would want to do it, though, it would be Shaq as he's a huge fan for many years.
With Chris Jericho not having a partner yet to defend the unified tag team titles, why would he be able to appear on both RAW and SMACKDOWN? It does not make sense to work a singles match on RAW when the purpose of the titles is for tag team action only. Your thoughts? Also, on a related question, Do you think Mark Henry will be his tag team partner for Night of Champions due to having 2 weeks of segments/matches with him?
They had Jericho on both brands because he's still part of the Unified Tag Team champions and they can work either brand. I don't think it will be Henry. The best theory I've heard is Christian, but we'll see.
I have a question about The Undertaker, I've been re-watching all of his Wrestlemania matches and noticed that in a couple of them he has a black tear drop on his face. Vince makes reference to it in WM 13 after he beat Sid for the title. So my question is was there ever a story behind the tear drop cause I know it's not there anymore
It was just one of the things Undertaker wore at different times to enhance his look, which has evolved greatly since his 1990 debut.
I was wondering about Linda McMahon. Do you ever see her coming back to TV and doing a small script or something ? And along that line , where is Shane Mac McMahon, is he coming back soon ? Thanks again.
Both are handling their corporate duties for the company. I don't see either, especially Linda with her position in the Conneticut Board of Education, doing any storylines in the near-future.
