Who, in your opinion is the best wrestler to never win a world title in the modern era? My picks are Owen Hart and Scott Hall.
I guess it depends on your definition of "modern era" and also what you consider to be a "World Title". Since you asked for my opinion, I will say Dean Malenko, Owen Hart, and Fit Finlay are amongst my favorites to not to win any form of a "World Title" in the U.S. Of all time, the answer is Bruiser Brody.
Seeing how the tag division is so abysmal as of late I decided to watch a few older titles to remember the good ol' days. In your opinion or maybe you have the financial facts....What team made the most money all together?
It's the Road Warriors, hands down. They have very lucrative contracts in Jim Crockett Promotions (Paul Ellering, simply for being their manager, was making more than Four Horseman members Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson at one point), and then signed big money deals with the WWF. They also sold tons of merchandise, from Shirts to toys to posters. They also had a separate deal with All Japan Pro Wrestling for most of their career that paid them as much as mega-stars like Brusier Brody and Stan Hansen. There was also a period where they were the main drawing card for the AWA and NWA, and a regular part of the main event picture.
How do you get ring side seats for WWE shows?
It doesn't hurt to be part of the WWE travel club, but even then, it doesn't guarantee you getting ringside. In all honesty, you're talking about maybe 80 or so ringside seats and 10,000 people attending the show, so it will always be tough to get ringside, especially if it is a major event like Summerslam.
Do you know why CM Punk started using the "Go to Sleep" instead of the Anaconda Vice?
From what I understand, it was a WWE Creative decision that he should have an "impact finisher" that would result in pinfalls, rather than using the submission hold. In all honesty, with the exception of John Cena and Chris Jericho (and now lately Big Show) not a lot of top WWE stars use a submission hold as a finisher. Personally, I'd like to see Punk bring back the Vice and mix it into his matches on occasion.
What is the greatest double-team finisher?
For me, the tag team finishers I've always liked are the Doomsday Device by the Road Warriors, the Veg-A-Matic by the Midnight Express, Total Elimination by the Eliminators, and 3D by Team 3D. My all time favorite was the British Bulldogs finisher where Davey Boy Smith would place one opponent over his shoulders in a fireman's carry after having slammed the other opponent. Smith would tag Dynamite Kid, who would jump off the top rope, springboard off the back of the person Smith was carrying, and come down with the flying headbutt.
