ESPN PERSONALITY COMPARES WWE TO PETA, HOW MUCH THAT KROENKE GUY IS REALLY WORTH AND MORE

Jay Landry sent along the following links to where Vince McMahon's current favorite whipping boy, E. Stanley Kroenke and his wife Ann Walton Kroenke, rank on Forbes list of the richest Americans.  E. Stanley came in at #105 and his wife at #118.  In addition to his sports teams, Kroenke made his fortune developing retail and commercial properties, then he married Ann Walton, daughter of Sam Walton, and they inherited a large chunk of Wal-Mart stock from her father.  Both are valued as having a net worth well over $3 billion dollars.  You can see the Forbes profiles at this link and this link.

Maybe if Vince keeps annoying E. Stanley, he'll take some of his pocket change and start a wrestling company!  Okay, probably not. 

Thanks to Dave W. for the following. ... Erik Kuselias was guest-hosting ESPN radio's Doug Gottlieb show Tuesday.  During a segment called "the press" in which the producer reads six stories and the host (usually Gottlieb) comments on them, the Monday Night Raw angle in which Vince McMahon shoved the Stan Koenke impersonator out of the ring was read as one of the stories. Kuselias said the WWE was "largely irrelevant" now.  He compared them to PETA as a group always seeking publicity and called both groups 'radical'.  He said like PETA, most wished the WWE would "go away" so they could discuss important things.
