FLORIDA CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING TELEVISION REPORT: GOLDUST WRESTLES RECENTLY RELEASED DEVELOPMENTAL TALENT; KOFI KINGSTON NEXT WEEK

We start off this week’s show with a look back at the confrontation between Eric Escobar and The Conglomerate when Byron Saxton came out during Escobar’s promo and demanded a title match for Black Pain.

Your announcers are Dusty Rhodes and Josh Mathews.

Match Number One: Tyson Tarver and Lawrence Knight with Byron Saxton versus Johnny Prime and Kaleb O’Neal

O’Neal and Knight start things off and they lock up with O’Neal working on Knight’s arm but Knight reverses. Knight with a side head lock. O’Neal with a hammer lock and rollup for a near fall. Prime tags in and he punches Knight and then he works on the arm. Knight with a knee and then he tags in Tarver but Prime with forearms and a clothesline for a near fall. Prime tags O’Neal back in and he starts to work on Tarver’s arm and wrist. Prime tags in and he goes the turnbuckles for an elbow to the arm. Tarver misses an elbow and Prime with a fireman’s carry into an arm bar. Tarver with an Irish whip and then Tarver draws O’Neal in and the referee’s distraction allows for Tarver and Knight to double team Prime. Knight tags in and he kicks the arm and punches Prime in the head. Knight with a running high knee to Prime for a near fall. Tarver tags in and he punches Prime and stomps on the shoulder. Knight tags back in as The Conglomerate stays fresh. Knight with a suplex and a near fall. Knight with a an arm bar submission but Prime gets to her feet and he hits a drop kick. Prime is inches away from O’Neal, but he decides to hit a flying elbow for a near fall. Saxton gets on the apron and he grabs his shoe but O’Neal pulls Saxton off the apron. Prime with a rollup for the three count.
Winners: Johnny Prime and Kaleb O’Neal

Dusty and Josh talk about the match between Black Pain and Eric Escobar for the FCW Title later tonight.

Match Number Two: Yoshitatsu (formerly Yamamoto) versus Kafu

They shake hands at the start of the match and then each kick air before they lock up. Kafu with a body scissors. Yoshitatsu with a waist lock and then he misses a kick. Kafu misses a kick too and Yoshitatsu with an arm drag and hip toss followed by a reverse chin lock. Kafu with a kick to the head and a forearm to the back. Kafu with an elbow to the head and an Irish whip and punch. Kafu with a forearm to the back and Yoshitatsu goes to his knees. Kafu with a snap mare and kick to the back for a near fall. Kafu with a rear chin lock and he keeps his knee in Yoshitatsu’s back until he can get back to his feet. Kafu with a slam or two and he gets a near fall. Kafu with a forearm but Yoshitatsu with a forearm of his own. It is time for dueling forearms until Yoshitatsu with a series of kicks. Yoshitatsu with a knee into the corner and a Shining Wizard for a near fall. Kafu with a chop. Yoshitatsu with an octopus and Kafu taps.
Winner: Yoshitatsu

Scotty Goldman has joined Dusty and Josh and it is time for Hangin’ with Scotty. Dusty asks about The Girl from Mexico. Scotty says that he has asked out all of the girls and they have said no.

Match Number Three: The Girl from Mexico versus Saylor James in a Queen of FCW Tournament Match

The Girl from Mexico rolls around the ring before they lock up. She goes outside when James wants to lock up. The Girl from Mexico with a headstand in the corner and then music starts to play and Rosa Mendez appears and hits James with a foreign object. The Girl from Mexico gets the three count.
Winner: The Girl from Mexico

Match Number Four: Mike Kruel versus Goldust

They lock up and Goldust backs Kruel into the corner and he makes a clean break. They lock up again and Goldust with a side head lock and shoulder tackle and a near fall. Goldust with an arm drag and Kruel gets into the ropes to stop Goldust. Goldust works on the arm and Kruel sends Goldust into the ropes and Kruel punches Goldust. Goldust with an arm drag and Kruel goes to the apron and floor. Kruel returns to the ring while Goldust waits in the ring. Kruel has some words for Goldust and he follows it with a punch but Goldust with a punch of his own. Kruel with a side Russian leg sweep and then he punches Goldust. Kruel with a kick in the corner followed by a hard Irish whip. Kruel with a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Kruel starts to work on Goldust’s back and then he puts him in a rear chin lock. Goldust with punches and when Goldust tries for a slam, Kruel is able to use leverage for a near fall. Kruel with boots to Goldust and then he gets another near fall. Kruel with knees and a backbreaker for a near fall. Kruel with a waist lock and he tries to add extra pressure to the midsection. Kruel with a forearm but Goldust drops down and hits an uppercut followed by a reverse atomic drop and clothesline. Goldust with a butt bump followed by the Final Cut for the three count.
Winner: Goldust

Match Number Five: Dakota Darsow versus Drew McIntyre

Darsow with a side head lock but McIntyre with a shoulder tackle and slam. McIntyre with kicks to Darsow. McIntyre with another slam to Darsow. Darsow gets out of slam attempt and Darsow with kicks and a drop kick and drop kick to the knees followed by an enzuigiri for a near fall. Darsow comes off the turnbuckles and he is met with a clothesline. The referee checks on Darsow and the match is able to continue. McIntyre with the Scot Drop for the three count.
Winner: Drew McIntyre

Match Number Six: Black Pain with Byron Saxton versus Eric Escobar for the FCW Title

Escobar with a punch to Black Pain as he avoids Black Pain. Escobar with more punches but Black Pain throws him to the mat. Escobar with more punches and kicks to Black Pain. He gets Black Pain to one knee but Black Pain with a clothesline. Black Pain with a boot to the back followed by a forearm to the back. Black Pain continues to wear down Escobar with shots to the back followed by a splash in the corner. Escobar runs into a fist in the midsection followed by a kick to the head by Black Pain for a near fall. Black Pain works on Escobar’s back. Escobar with a forearm but Black Pain with another punch that sends Escobar to the mat. While the referee admonishes Black Pain, Saxton gets in a cheap shot. Escobar tries for a head butt to the midsection but Black Pain with a forearm and then he tries for a bow and arrow on Escobar. Escobar with a punch but Black Pain with a side slam for a near fall. Black Pain with an Irish whip followed by a bear hug. Escobar boxes the ears to get out of the hold. Escobar with a shoulder tackle and he cannot take Black Pain down. Escobar with a leg lariat and Black Pain goes down and Escobar with a near fall. Escobar tries to get Black Pain on his shoulders but he cannot get the big man up. Black Pain with a slam and then he tries for the splash but he hits the ropes too many times and Escobar moves out of the way. Black Pain misses a charge into the corner. Black Pain with a roundhouse to Escobar’s head. Black Pain tries for the Vader Splash but Escobar moves. Escobar with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Eric Escobar
